Having a Master’s degree in Business Administration and coming from a lineage of educators, Sophia naturally gravitated towards a career in education, combining her business acumen with her passion for teaching. Sophia's approach to preschool management is rooted in her belief that early childhood education should be both supportive and joyful. She believes in empowering her coworkers through professional and personal development and fostering a community where every child is valued and inspired to reach their full potential. In her free time, Sophia enjoys nature, art practice, reading, and spending quality time with loved ones.
