Where They Start Matters
At The Goddard School of Bel Air, we believe that the start of your child's journey matters. We aim to provide your child with the BEST Educational AND Social experience possible, equipping them with a LIFELONG LOVE of Learning! In February, we will celebrate BLACK HISTORY MONTH with the LOVE of reading! Books will focus on INSPIRING figures and cultural PRIDE, with favorites including The ABCs of Black History, Mae Among the Stars, I Am Enough, Little Leaders series (Bold Black Women/Exceptional Men). All using ENGAGING stories and illustrations to teach about Black EXCELLENCE!

Meet Laurel PreK
Hello! My name is Ms. Laurel and I am a Pre-K Teacher in the Kickin' Kangaroo classroom. I have been a part of the Goddard Bel Air family since December 2019 and have loved every second of it! I have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/ Special Education from Towson University. A fun fact about me is that I LOVE Taylor Swift and I have a dog named Mufasa, who we rescued and he goes everywhere with me! I look forward to meeting you and am excited to work with you and your children in the Kangaroo Room to help prepare them for Kindergarten!

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.
First Steps
12 - 18 m
We support and encourage children to confidently explore and develop new skills, language and ideas.
Toddlers
12 - 24 m
As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.

I have sent two children to this school. The oldest is excelling in first grade. The youngest is currently a Goddard Bel Air student, and he is thriving and we are so happy with our experience. Every single staff member is so warm and kind, knows both of my children, and are very dedicated to what they do.
Professionalism, follow the curriculum, teachers are caring and excellent, great morals, full transparency, education is top of the line, directors are professional and caring, owners are excellent, clean environment, and reliable.

1. The attention to detail that goes into everything. 2. The curriculum puts them way ahead when going to kindergarten/elementary school. 3. Both kids who have attended LOVE going and talk about their friends, teachers and what they do during the day.
For so many reasons, I love that we selected the Goddard School of Bel Air as our preschool for my 3 sons. From the wonderful daily communication, awesome lessons and projects they completed each day, super fun events for the whole family to attend ... I could not ask for a more warm, loving and educationally enriching place for my boys to be each day!
The owners and staff are great, our daughter has been at the school since 12 weeks old (almost 5 now) and we couldn’t say enough great things about how they have helped shape who she is today.
School is awesome! Teachers and staff are great. Room for improvement—just like any other organization—however it is very encouraging that the teacher’s and staff are willing to listen and take inputs from parents. Overall my child is happy to go to the Bel Air Goddard School.
