🍽️ Family Meal Idea: One-Pan Chicken, Veggies & Potatoes! 🍗🥔
Looking for an easy, delicious, and kid-friendly meal the whole family will love? Try this One-Pan Chicken, Veggies & Potatoes—a simple dinner with minimal cleanup! 🥦✨
Ingredients:
✔️ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
✔️ 3 cups baby potatoes (halved)
✔️ 2 cups broccoli (or your favorite veggie)
✔️ 3 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 1 tsp garlic powder
✔️ 1 tsp paprika
✔️ ½ tsp salt & pepper
✔️ ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on one side of the pan.
3️⃣ Add chicken to the center of the pan, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
4️⃣ Add broccoli (or other veggies) to the pan, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season lightly.
5️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes (or until chicken is fully cooked). Sprinkle with cheese in the last few minutes if desired!
6️⃣ Serve & enjoy a wholesome family meal!

🍎 Healthy Snack of the Week: Yogurt Fruit Dip!
Looking for a healthy and kid-friendly snack? Try this Yogurt Fruit Dip—a fun way to encourage little ones to eat more fruit! 🍓🍌
What You Need:
✔️ 1 cup Greek yogurt
✔️ 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

🚶♂️ Wonder Wednesday: How Do I Move? 🤸♀️
This week’s Wonder Wednesday question is: "How do I move?" 🏃♂️💃 Through hands-on exploration, children will discover the many ways their bodies can move and how movement helps us interact with the world around us!
From running and jumping to dancing and balancing, movement helps develop coordination, strength, and self-awareness. Children will also explore patterns in movement, like how animals move, how different sports use different muscles, and how movement connects to music and rhythm! 🎶🐾⚽
Ways to Connect at Home:
🕺 Dance Party! – Play different types of music and let your child move freely! Talk about how fast or slow the music makes them want to move.
🐾 Animal Moves! – Ask your child to move like different animals—hop like a bunny, slither like a snake, or waddle like a penguin!
🚶 Movement Patterns! – Go on a walk and notice how steps create a pattern. Try skipping, hopping, or taking big and small steps.

🍽️ Kid-Friendly Meal: Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Rice! 🥦
