    Waco & Annette

    Owners
    Waco and Annette Lane are high school sweethearts and the owners of The Goddard School of Moore. They have three children, Ethan (& wife Elizabeth), Clayton, and Cora. Waco is a retired Marine Officer and Annette is a homemaker. Waco holds a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration. Annette studied Cellular and Molecular Biology, however, she decided to leave college early to join Waco in his career and soon after start a family. Waco and Annette are passionate about developing children into lifelong learners and critical thinkers in a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment. They chose to open a Goddard School because they understand the impact early childhood education can have on a child’s future success.

    Mrs Morgan

    Director of Operations
    Morgan Reese is the Director of Operations at The Goddard School of Moore. Her and her husband, Samuelle, have a son, Matthew and plan to continue growing their family. Morgan has a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor's degree in Christian Theology from Zephaniah Theology School and completed coursework in Early Childhood Education from Capital University. She has been working in the early childhood education field since 2010, beginning as an assistant teacher. Over the years, she saw the importance of strong leadership in early childhood education and became passionate about leading and empowering teachers to make a bigger impact on the children they serve. This inspired her to pursue management within the field. Being the Director of Operations allows her to create a culture of high-quality childcare that builds a strong foundation for lifelong learning through the relationships with the staff, children, and families of The Goddard School.

    Ms Anne

    Curriculum Developer & Training Specialist
    Annie is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Oklahoma in November of 2022. She has worked in early childhood education for nine years and has worked in a Goddard school in Missouri for five of those years. She joined our Goddard Family in February of 2023 as a part of our opening staff. Annie is engaged to a Marine Corp Veteran and together they have a son. During her free time, Annie enjoys spending time at her parents’ lake house fishing and riding ATV’s. Music plays a huge roll in her teaching methods, and you will most likely hear her singing songs to the children to teach them colors, numbers, and everyday tasks. Annie is looking forward to building relationships with her students and the families of our school. She also is excited to get the opportunity to help the staff learn and grow.

    Kitchen Manager
    Wayne moved to Oklahoma in June of 2023 from Ohio to be closer to family. He joined the Goddard Family in December of 2023 as a substitute kitchen staff after a lifelong career in Cosmetology. When a full-time position opened up, he was excited to join our team and cook for the students each day. Wayne loves to cook and enjoys seeing the students try new foods. When he comes down the hall with each meal, he is always greeted with excitement by our students! Wayne also loves spending his free time practicing martial arts, gardening, and spending time with his family.

    Mrs Maria

    Honeybees Assistant Teacher
    Maria is originally from Slovakia and is a military wife that moved to Oklahoma with her husband and daughter. She joined the Goddard Family in February of 2024 due to her love of working with children and desire to help them overcome challenges. Maria's favorite children's book is "The Pigeon Needs a Bath!" by Mo Willems. In her free time, Maria loves painting with acrylics and salsa dancing.

    Mrs Hailey

    Bullfrogs Lead Teacher
    Hailey has her Bachelor's Degree in Education of Child Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology. She has worked in church nurseries, preschool settings and nannied before joining the Goddard Family in June of 2024. She sees it as an honor to be a part of such an amazing school. Hailey finds teaching rewarding when she can show her students love and when they light up after learning something new. Her favorite children's book is "Love You, Forever" by Robert Munsch. In her spare time, Hailey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing pool, sand volleyball and watcher her husband play softball. She also has a rescue dog named Tucker!

    Mrs Shannon

    Black Swallowtails Lead Teacher
    Shannon is currently working on her education degree and has six years of experience working with children through teaching dance and survival swim lessons. She joined the Goddard Family in December of 2023 after seeing the high standard of education at our school. Shannon loves watching her students grow both personally and educationally as she watches their interests develop. She is married and has a son who has taught her a lot of what it takes to be a caring teacher for her students. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. In her free time, Shannon enjoys drawing and spending time with her son.

    Ms Sarah

    Black Swallowtails Assistant Teacher
    Sarah has her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and joined the Goddard Family in May of 2024 after graduation. She enjoys watching children learn and understand new concepts and is excited to get to know the children and families in her classroom. Her favorite children's book is "Big Red Barn" by Margaret Wisc Brown. Sarah also enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as swimming when she has free time.

    Mountain Boomers Lead Teacher
    Liz is originally from Puerto Rico and comes from a family of educators. She started working in the early childhood education field in early 2023. In November of 2023, she joined the Goddard Family. Her daughter attended a similar early childhood education center when she was young. Liz loves working with the different personalities that each child possesses and enjoys the challenge of reaching each child where they are at so they can thrive. Her favorite children's book is "The Rainbow Fish" by Marcus Pfister. When Liz is not working, she enjoys reading, 5k running and cooking.

    Raccoons Lead Teacher
    Kaylee has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and is currently working towards her Master's Degree in Teaching & Learning: PreK-6th at UCO. She joined the Goddard Family in June of 2024 to gain valuable experience in the education field. Kaylee has four younger siblings that she has helped care for and is enthusiastic to be on a team of educators now. She loves getting to know each child's personality and how they communicate, problem solve and learn. Her favorite children's book is "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" by Laura Joffe Numeroff. Kaylee enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, water coloring and visiting her family in her spare time.

    Red Tailed Hawks Lead Teacher
    Kendall has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She is also working on her Master's Degree in Trauma Recovery. Kendall has worked in early childhood education for over 8 years. She joined the Goddard Family in August of 2023 and loves showing all children that they are loved and supported. Kendall's favorite children's book is "Edwina the Emu" by Sheena Knowles. In her free time, Kendall enjoys spending time with her spouse and their two dogs, Samson and Delilah.

    Ashley has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development and has been working with children for nine years. She joined the Goddard Family in June of 2024 after loving the emphasis that the school has on play-based learning from a young age. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. Together, they love going to the park and the pool. Ashley also enjoys photography when she has the opportunity!

    Redtail Hawks Assistant Teacher
    Rikki has her Associates Degree in the Arts and has a desire to pursue more education in the early childhood education field. She joined the Goddard Family in March of 2024 because she wanted to be a part of something meaningful and there is nothing more important than investing in children. Rikki loves getting to be a positive influence on young lives and creating a safe place for them to flourish. She also loves how rewarding it is to come to work each day and see her student's smiling faces. In her free time, Rikki loves going on road trips, going to movies and concerts, and taking her three dogs on walks.

    Bison Assistant Teacher
    Abigail has her Bachelor's Degree in Dance Performance and has experience working with children during summer camps. She joined the Goddard Family in April of 2024 after seeing the intentional focus on education. She values children being able to play while learning and seeing their social and emotional development thrive. Abigail finds teaching rewarding when she gets to witness the joy and confidence that builds in a child when they learn something new. Her favorite children's book is "Hop on Pop" by Dr. Suess. When she has free time, Abigail loves to sing and paint.

    Whitetail Deer Lead Teacher
    Ashlee studied at Oklahoma State University and has been in early childhood education for twelve years. She joined the Goddard Family in November of 2023 to be a part of a team that are the leaders in early childhood education. She loves teaching and how rewarding it is to see the children learn and grow. Her favorite children's book is "Giraffes Can't Dance" by Giles Andreae. In her free time, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her four children and coaching a 12U boys soccer team.

    Whitetail Deer Assistant Teacher
    Christine has been a paraprofessional for over 20 years and has experience working with children of all learning abilities. She took a break to watch her grandchildren and now that they are older, has decided to join the Goddard Family in June of 2024. She truly enjoys seeing the children's "a-ha" moments when they get a new concept down. Her favorite children's book is "Love You, Forever" by Robert Munsch. In her free time, Christine likes to make mesh wreaths and take them to craft shows. She also enjoys spending time with her family.

    Bison Lead Teacher
    Sally studied at the University of Oklahoma and has been in education for six years. She joined the Goddard Family in March of 2024 with a desire to empower students to reach their highest potential in all aspects of their lives. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. Sally also speaks Spanish and French! In her spare time, Sally loves building Legos and coaching soccer.

    Quarter Horse Teacher
    Ethan has his Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and joined the Goddard Family in May of 2023 to gain more experience working with children in an educational setting. He loves seeing when students are able to progress in their social skills while in his classroom. Ethan's favorite book series is Pete the Cat! He also enjoys going for walks and spending time with his family's ten dogs.
