Nikisha
OwnerNikisha is extremely proud to be one of the onsite owners of the Goddard School in Alpharetta, Georgia. She has two children, Kavya and Kayden. Kavya is a Goddard alumni and Kayden is in the infant room! She believes strongly in the education program The Goddard School offers and the health and safety assurance it provides. Nikisha believe's in open and honest communication with parents in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. She looks forward to working with you and giving your children every advantage possible during these important early years. As she consistently strives to be the best, she welcomes your feedback and your concerns. Nikisha is grateful to be part of your child’s learning and development, and appreciates your trust. -
Allissia
Director of OperationsOriginally from Champaign, IL, Ms. Allissia moved to Atlanta in 2011. She earned her TCC in 2024 and is currently pursuing a degree in Program Management of Early Childhood Education, set to complete in 2025. With 14 years of childcare experience, including three years as a director, she brings extensive expertise to her role. As a proud mom of three, Ms. Allissia understands the importance of nurturing and supporting children’s development. Her passion for working with young minds stems from her belief that shaping the world starts by fostering positive growth in children. Growing up, she assisted her grandmother at her daycare and formed strong bonds with foster children, which inspired her to follow in her grandmother’s footsteps. Ms. Allissia believes in building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. She is committed to creating a supportive environment that ensures every child receives the education and guidance they need to thrive. -
Deileen
Director of EducationMs. Dei is a passionate educator and dedicated mother of three with a strong background in child development. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and has always been deeply committed to understanding how young minds learn and grow. Raised in Miami, Ms. Dei moved to Georgia in 2018 and has since devoted her career to creating a warm, engaging, and enriching educational experience for children. She believes that a school should feel like a second home—a place where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to explore their potential. With a lifelong dream of shaping young minds, Ms. Dei takes pride in fostering an environment where learning is both meaningful and joyful. She is dedicated to partnering with families to ensure that each child’s educational journey is filled with encouragement, discovery, and success. -
Ericka
Lead TeacherMs. Ericka has been working with young children in an educational setting since 2001 and joined The Goddard School in 2012. She is currently pursuing her Child Development Associates (CDA) credential to deepen her expertise in early childhood education. As the Lead Infant Teacher, Ms. Ericka focuses on providing a nurturing and safe environment where babies feel secure and supported as they explore their world. She believes that infants develop best when they build self-confidence, trust, and creativity. These early foundations are key in fostering emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Ms. Ericka takes pride in guiding babies through their milestones, from their first smiles to their first steps, offering gentle care and support. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her sons and grandmother, cherishing the moments that inspire and motivate her. -
Wendy
Lead TeacherMs. Wendy has been dedicated to working with children in an educational setting since 2003 and has been a cherished member of the Goddard family since 2015. She holds her Childhood Development Associate (CDA) credential and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as our Infant Teacher. Ms. Wendy has a deep passion for nurturing and guiding babies through their early stages of development. She finds great joy in watching infants reach important milestones, from their first smiles to their early steps, providing a safe and stimulating environment for them to explore and grow. With her gentle, attentive care, she creates a warm and loving atmosphere where babies feel secure and cherished. Her approach focuses on fostering emotional, social, and cognitive development, ensuring that each baby receives the individualized care they need. -
ConSonja
Lead TeacherMs. Con-Sonja, known as Ms. Sonnie, has dedicated her life to working with children and has been in a school setting since 2021.While she enjoys working with children of all ages, her expertise lies in caring for infants and toddlers, earning her the affectionate nickname of “baby whisperer.” Originally from Champaign, IL, Ms. Sonnie has been in Georgia since 2014. Family is an essential part of her life, and she cherishes spending time with her children and grandchildren. Outside of work, Ms. Sonnie enjoys moments of personal relaxation, including coffee and outdoor leisure. She is deeply committed to creating a positive and nurturing environment for the children she works with and finds fulfillment in seeing their smiles and receiving their warm affection each day. -

Lead TeacherMs. Cheyanne holds a background in fine arts with a minor in early education. With ten years of experience, she is passionate about inspiring young children to explore their creativity and express themselves through art. As a dedicated and nurturing teacher, she strives to create a warm, safe, and loving environment where every child feels valued. A devoted wife and mother to her son, Echo, she cherishes family time and enjoys taking them on fun, adventure-filled excursions. -
Leslie
Assistant TeacherMs. Leslie has been working with children since 2020 and has always had a deep love for babies and toddlers. She is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can freely express themselves. Dedicated to helping children grow emotionally and socially, she builds strong connections with each child, ensuring they feel valued and supported. In her spare time, Ms. Leslie enjoys art and dreams of becoming a Manga artist. Despite her artistic aspirations, her heart remains committed to the well-being and development of children. -
Krystle
Lead TeacherMs. Krystle has been a dedicated member of The Goddard School family since February 2018. She holds her Child Development Associates (CDA) in Early Childhood Education and is actively working toward her Associate’s degree to further enhance her skills and knowledge. Ms. Krystle believes that every child is special, unique, and deserving of unconditional love and care. She is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can flourish, develop confidence, and reach their full potential. She recognizes the importance of understanding each child’s individual needs and providing them with the support and encouragement they need to grow emotionally, socially, and cognitively. In her free time, Ms. Krystle enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends, creating memories and enjoying meaningful connections. -

Lead TeacherMs. Karina is a dedicated teacher who is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. With two years of classroom experience, she has always had a passion for guiding and caring for children as they grow and learn. As an older sibling and a loving mother of one, she understands the importance of nurturing young minds. She finds joy in seeing the world through children’s eyes and is deeply committed to their development. A special addition to our Goddard family, Ms. Karina is known for her exceptional skills in potty training and her ability to create a warm, supportive learning environment. -

Assistant TeacherMs. Deja is a passionate educator with a strong background in childcare. She is currently pursuing a degree in accounting and has nine months of experience as an infant teacher, along with over two years in the childcare field. Born and raised in Richmond, VA, she is the second oldest of four siblings. Ms. Deja has a deep love for cooking, food, and fashion. She always strives to create a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged as they grow and learn. A valued member of our Goddard family, she is also known for doing an amazing job with potty training! -

Lead TeacherOriginally born and raised in Australia, Ms. Sneha brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as our Lead Preschool 1 Teacher. She has been dedicated to working in early childhood education since 2016 and became a valued member of the Goddard family in 2020. With her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Ms. Sneha is committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment where young minds can thrive. As a teacher, Ms. Sneha takes pride in guiding her students through their formative years, helping them build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. When she’s not in the classroom, Ms. Sneha enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating lasting memories with them. Lead TeacherMs. Madeline has been dedicated to working with children in an educational setting since 1968 and has been a valued member of The Goddard School family since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Kent State University. Ms. Madeline firmly believes that all children thrive best in a positive, nurturing, and loving environment where they feel safe and encouraged to explore and learn. With her extensive experience, she is passionate about fostering each child’s growth and development, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and inspired every day. When not in the classroom, Ms. Madeline enjoys spending time with her son and has a deep love for gardening. Her nurturing spirit and dedication to children make her an essential part of our team, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where young learners can flourish. -

Lead TeacherMs. Alethia has dedicated her life to nurturing and educating young minds. With an extensive background in early childhood education, she has spent years shaping the lives of children through compassionate teaching and leadership. As a former school owner, she gained valuable experience in educational administration, but her true passion has always been in the classroom, fostering a love for learning in every child she encounters. Now, she continues to make a meaningful impact by creating enriching educational experiences that inspire growth, curiosity, and confidence in young learners. -
Jillian
Assistant TeacherMs. Jill has been involved with children as a nanny and in summer camp settings since 2019. She has a special affinity for 4 and 5-year-olds, as she finds joy in their self-discovery and interactions with each other. Ms. Jill appreciates the unique qualities of each child and enjoys getting to know their individual personalities. Coming from a family of three siblings, Ms. Jill is a fraternal twin. She loves outdoor activities like hiking and cherishes spending time with her friends and family members. -
Priyesh
OwnerPriyesh is the second onsite owner of the Goddard School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Nikisha and Priyesh have been married for 12 years and have two children (Kavya & Kayden)! Priyesh graduated from Georgia Tech and has been in Atlanta since 2001. -
Vicki
Curriculum CoordinatorMs. Vicki has her TCC in Early Childhood Education and has been with The Goddard School since 2013. Ms. Vicki provides a creative and safe learning environment for her students to enjoy and explore educational possibilities. Ms. Vicki loves anything to do with arts and crafts or Disney. She enjoys spending time with her nephew, niece and family in her free time as well as singing and dancing.
