Kayla has a decade of dedicated experience with The Goddard School. She started primarily as a toddler and infant room teacher in her earlier years. Her extensive classroom background has given her a deep understanding of early childhood education and child development. Kayla’s experience enables her to empathize with and support her team members effectively, offering guidance and assistance grounded in practical classroom management. Additionally, she holds an associate degree in medication administration, adding a specialized skill set to her role that enhances her ability to care for young children and support their well-being in a safe and nurturing environment.
