Naina is a highly accomplished business and technology leader having 15+ years of experience working with large corporations and leading teams. She is a proud mom of two children and is very passionate about investing her time and energy to help create the foundation of future leaders and build strong communities. She is a member of multiple nonprofit organizations that focus on promoting and providing support to retain women in STEM based careers. Naina opened The Goddard School of West Loop, recognizing that providing support, and opportunities for children in early childhood is important. Her vision is to build the best preschool and daycare in West Loop, Chicago and provide an inclusive childcare that brings families and teachers together to create a perfect blend of safe, nurturing and fun-learning environment for children.

Mrs. Nicole Royster believes that working closely with families and teachers creates a welcoming environment for each child to learn and grow. Mrs. Nicole is committed to building the best preschool and daycare in the West Loop! Mrs. Nicole’s passion for working with children began when a teacher made such an impact on her in Preschool, she decided to become a teacher. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Child and Family Services. She then earned a Master's in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction. She has held a Director position for over ten years and strives to integrate her education and experience into the support she provides to families and teachers as they lay the foundation for each child’s academic success. Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and infant son. Their favorite family activities include playing uno, baking, and family movie nights. Dir. Hi, I’m Sara! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and have been working in education since 2018. I began my career as a Preschool teacher and have since advanced to an administrative role. I enjoy being actively involved in the classroom while also being in a leadership position. I am passionate about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive. I believe that children learn best through routine and nurturing atmospheres. Teaching them at a young age is crucial, as this is the period when they develop social, language, and cognitive skills. My goal is to make a lasting impact by fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning!

Ms. Toni began working in the field of Early Childhood Education in 2020 as a teacher at a daycare center and worked her way up to be an Assistant Director. She has taken over 41 credit hours in Early Childhood Education. Her love for Early Childhood Education began at a young age. Being the second oldest of nine children, she has been working with children for over 18 years helping with her siblings. Ms. Toni believes children learn best when they are learning from daily routine and activities. She believes children should always be provided with a loving and nurturing environment. When children feel safe and comfortable, they are more willing to explore and learn. Ms Toni is a key contributor to our vision of building the best preschool and daycare in West Loop. Dir. Toni joined Goddard West Loop in June 2022

Ms. Paola has a passion for teaching children and keeping their safety a priority. She has worked with all ages in the daycare setting, she enjoys working with infants and toddlers the most. She believes at a young age children learn from everything and everyone around them. Ms. Paola enjoys creating lesson plans that can be educational and fun. For infants and toddlers, she likes activities that can help children in all in all areas of development, such as creating a lesson that helps children with their fine motor skills. She enjoys making the classroom a fun place for children but always makes sure everything she is doing with the children is safe and age appropriate. She currently holds a Child Development Associates Credential. When Ms. Paola is not at work she enjoys taking her two dogs for a walk, traveling and spending time with loved ones. We are very excited to have Ms. Paola as part of our Goddard Family and happy to see all the wonderful things she does in the classroom.

Ms. Phoebe was born and raised in Chicago. For the last four years, Ms. Phoebe has worked with the Infant and Toddler age group. She is in her final semester at Malcolm X College, where she will earn her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education before continuing to National Louis University to complete her Bachelor of Arts Degree. Ms. Phoebe has a passion for working with children and has worked with them most of her life, starting as a camp counselor when she was just a teen. Ms. Phoebe enjoys reading books in her spare time and loves to complete puzzles. Ms. Phoebe’s loving and nurturing personality leaves lasting impressions on her little classroom friends and parents. Ms. Phoebe joined Goddard West Loop in Jan 2022

Mrs. Alia has a true passion for working with youngest learners! Helping each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor. She comes to school with a smile, ready to teach the toddler friends. Alia strives to create a community of learners by creating a fun learning environment through music, dance, art & craft and story times with her little friends! Alia holds the early education certificate (CDA). She has over 10 years of experience working with children. Mrs. Alia loves to travel with her husband. She loves spending time with her two daughters and son and three granddaughters. She is a great asset to The Goddard School at West Loop. Ms. Alia joined Goddard West Loop in Nov 2022

Ms. Alexis is very excited to have joined us, she believes teachers are the key to a good educational foundation in a child’s life. In her experience she has found that children are creative, curious, eager to learn and fast learners. Ms. Alexis enjoys creating lesson plans that are educational and interactive, she believes learning should always be fun for young children. Ms. Alexis been working in childcare since 2018 and is working on her degree in Early Childhood Education. She would like to build an open line of communication with each family to ensure all the needs of eat child are being met. Ms. Alexis joined Goddard West Loop in Nov 2023

Ms. Jayla has worked in childcare since 2014 and holds her Child Development Certificate for Infant and Toddlers. She believes children learn best through play and interactive activities; she likes to create lesson plans that children will enjoy learning. Working in the classroom, Ms. Jayla enjoys finding children’s interests to incorporate in the classroom. She wants all the children to feel comfortable, safe, and open to learn. Ms. Jayla joined Goddard West Loop in Dec 2023

Ms. Brendy has 8 years of experience in working in child care and currently holds her Child Development Associates. Her teaching philosophy is to create an environment that allows exploration to new teaching strategies both meaningful and realistic. Ms. Brendy also believes it is important to make her lesson plans educational and fun for the children in her classroom. Her role as teacher is to provide a classroom of ideas that bring a new capacity for children to express themselves, what they are thinking, feeling and how they communicate. Ms. Vania enjoys working with infant and toddler children because she enjoys seeing their development in a short amount of time. She has been working in childcare since 2022 which has given her experience with different ages but finds the most joy in working with toddlers. Ms. Vania’s teaching philosophy is that all children are unique and must have a good and positive environment to want to explore and learn. Ms. Ti'Naeya has been working in childcare since 2017 and currently holds her Child Development Associate credential. Ti'Naeya's classroom goal is to help children continue to grow and develop through fun age appropriate activities. She believes all children are full of energy and always ready to learn. Hello! I’m Ms. Cari I currently hold my Child Development Associate in Infants and Toddlers and have been working in childcare since 2022. I believe children are ready to learn and explore new things every day. As a teacher I believe it is important to support all the learning styles of each child. In the classroom I want children to feel safe and comfortable to communicate all their needs and feel excited to learn new things. I believe that every child has unique skills and personalities, and my teaching philosophy centers on understanding each child individually to best support their educational growth and development. Ms. Ashley is currently studying Early Childhood Education (ECE) and is set to graduate with her bachelor's degree in 2026! With nearly seven years of experience working in child care, Ms. Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her classroom. Her primary goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. One of Ms. Ashley’s favorite activities is reading to the children, as it helps them learn how the letters on the page form words, encourages a love for reading, and supports their early literacy development. Ms. Ashley joined Goddard West Loop in Dec 2024.

Hi! I'm Ms. Melanie. I believe that all children are unique and capable. I focus my teaching on creating a safe and loving environment where children can thrive and grow. I have an Associates Degree and studied Early Childhood Education at Malcolm X College. I am excited to get to know families to help each child in my class reach their developmental milestones. I joined Goddard West Loop in January 2025.

Ms. Amariona is passionate about fostering a positive, supportive learning space that encourages development and success for every child. She brings with her a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and two years of valuable experience in early childhood education. Ms. Amariona joined Goddard West Loop in Dec 2024.

Ms. Jessica loves teaching because she likes to make a difference in children’s lives. She knows the importance of teachers building relationships with their students to make them feel safe. Ms. Jessica’s goal for the children is to help them build their confidence and motivate them. She also knows the importance of building a relationship with parents to work as a team to help and encourage their child reach every developmental milestone. Ms. Jessica is currently attending Triton College pursing her Associates in Early Childhood Education. She is looking forward to implementing what she is learning and bringing it to our school to help the children in their growth. Ms. Jessica joined Goddard West Loop in June 2023

Hello! I’m Ms. Rocio I enjoy working with children of all ages but my favorite group to work with is infants. I have been working in childcare since 2023. In the short amount of time working with children, I have learned many amazing things about child development. I believe children learn the best from hands-on learning and giving children the opportunity to be creative. Hi, I am Ms. Arely. I have six years of experience working with children across various age groups, but a special passion for working with toddlers. In my classroom, I am focused on helping children build their confidence and skills. I love incorporating art activities into my lessons, allowing children to express their creativity. I joined Goddard West Loop in January 2025.

Hi, I am Ms. Princess! I studied education at Georgia State University. I have a passion for working with children and believe that teaching is the most important job because teachers have the privilege of shaping the minds of young children. My teaching approach is centered on building a strong connection with the families and keeping a line of communication open to best support each child's individual needs. Hello! I’m Ms. Ana I am currently studying Information Systems at the University of Illinois Chicago. I began working in childcare in 2023 as a floater teacher which has given me experience working with children of all ages. I enjoy working with the infants and toddlers the most because I believe they are the ones that need the most attention at their young age. I believe it is important to make all children feel welcome and safe in the classroom. I look forward to working with all the families and helping all the children. Hi, I’m Ms. Jasmine! I began my career in the food industry in 2021, and when the opportunity came to work in a child care center, I saw it as an exciting new adventure—one that still allowed me to pursue my passion for cooking. I truly enjoy working with the staff at Goddard, as well as the wonderful families and children. One of my favorite moments was when a child gave me a hug—it reminded me of the impact we make every day. I also love seeing the children’s excitement when I enter the classroom because they know I’m bringing the food! Ms. Jasmine joined Goddard West Loop in May 2024.
