Senior DirectorMs. Kimberly is the Senior Director. She has her degree in Administration in Early Childhood Education. Kimberly has twelve years working in the education field, seven of which are in management. She has extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum as well as a wide variety of behavioral needs. Kimberly also has experience with Equine Therapy and getting state accreditation. Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Food Manager Certificate, Food Handler, Shaken Baby Syndrome, SIDS, Severe Allergy Training, Gateways Director Credential 1, Special Needs Inclusion. -
Mrs Lisandra
Director of OperationsMs. Lisandra is the Director of Operations. She has been a Goddard parent since 2014 and started working for the school in 2018. She earned her Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Triton College in 2005, her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Joliet Junior College in 2023 and is currently completing her Bachelors'' Degree in Early Childhood Education from Illinois State University. Lead TeacherMs. Deanna is a Lead Teacher, the Curriculum Coordinator and also helps in the office. She has over 35 years of experience working with young children. She has an ECE Level 1 Credential. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Ms. Carol earned her CDA in 2020 and has attended Joliet Junior College with a focus in Early Childhood Education. She is continuing her degree online as well. Lead TeacherPam is a Lead Teacher in Cuddly Crabs. She has her CDA in infants and toddlers. She has been working with children for 30 years. While her husband was in the service, Ms. Pam worked for the Military Base nurseys all over the world. Certifications: Shaken baby Syndrome, SIDS, Mandated reporter and food handlers.
