Emily is the owner of The Goddard School Shiloh, having assumed the role in August 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Education at The Goddard School from January 2015 to August 2024. Her tenure with the organization began as a teacher in July 2010. In addition to her role at The Goddard School, Emily has been the owner of SkateTech Skate Sharpening & Equipment Repair since May 2018. Driven by her passion for both education and business, Emily is a passionate entrepreneur and advocate dedicated to bringing high-quality educational and sports opportunities to youth. With a strong belief that both education and physical activity play pivotal roles in the holistic development of children, Emily combines her expertise in early childhood education with her love for sports to create initiatives that support young people in all areas of life.

Amy McKendree is the Director of Operations at The Goddard School of Shiloh, bringing a strong educational foundation and a passion for early childhood development to her leadership role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from McKendree University and perusing a master’s degree in early childhood education. Amy has experience as a teacher and Director of Education, where she developed a deep understanding of curriculum, classroom management, and staff mentorship. As a director, she focuses on programming quality and a strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring that her school meets and exceeds compliance standards providing a safe, nurturing environment for all children. She is certified in CPR, Medication Administration, Severe Allergy Response, Infant Safe Sleep, Food Service Sanitation, and Trauma-Informed Practices for Childcare. Amy is committed to supporting teachers, engaging families, and creating a school culture where children thrive.

Madi Hinkle is the Director of Education at The Goddard School, where she oversees the development and implementation of the school's educational programs. With a passion for early childhood education, Madi ensures that The Goddard School provides a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners. Her leadership focuses on creating innovative curricula, fostering professional development for staff, and promoting a collaborative learning atmosphere for both educators and students. Madi's commitment to educational excellence helps ensure that children receive a strong foundation for their future academic and personal growth. Madi was the Teacher of the Year in 2021.
