    Ms. Kathryn is the owner of The Goddard School in Carmel. She along with her husband and daughter own three locations. Her background is in business and is proud to be an owner of The Goddard School since 2003.

    Director
    Ms. Amy is the Director of The Goddard School in Carmel/Westfield. She received her degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Purdue University in 2010. She has 15 years of experience working with children and has been with the Goddard school since 2010.

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Emily is the Assistant Director of The Goddard School in Carmel/Westfield. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her Child Development Associate Degree. Ms. Emily has 16 years of experience in childcare and has been with The Goddard School since March of 2003.

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Ashley joined us here at The Goddard School in April 2014. She has eight years of experience with children as well as an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Ashley teaches our younger twos in the Giraffe Room, where she strives to provide positive learning experiences.

    Infant Teacher
    Ms. Chelsea has been with us since December of 2014 and is currently one of our infant teachers in the Hippo Room. She attended a program that enabled her to teach preschool during her senior year of high school, and has also taken college-level education classes. She even has two children of her own. Ms. Chelsea feels that every child is capable of learning, even if not on the same day or in the same way.

    Jr. Kindergarten Teacher
    Ms. Kristin joined The Goddard School in September 2013, and is our Jr. Kindergarten teacher in the Tiger Room. She has her associate's degree in Humanities and nine years of experience working with children. Ms. Kristin believes that children should be able to play and learn at their own pace. She prides herself on making learning fun for them.

    Jr. Kindergarten Teacher
    Ms. Megan is our Jr. Kindergarten Teacher in the Tiger Room. She has her Child Development Associate Degree and has has 7 years of experience working with children. Ms. Megan has been with The Goddard School since December of 2011.

    Lindsey

    Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Lindsey joined us here at The Goddard School in August 2019, and works with our older three-year-olds in the Lion Room. Her professional background is in early childhood education, having cared for children with special needs in childcare settings. Ms. Lindsey believes that children are a work in progress, and that it is her job to provide a safe and creative environment for them.

    Infant Teacher
    Ms. Sonia came to us in June of 2019, after transferring from a Goddard School in North Dakota, where she worked for four years. She has worked as a nanny and a teacher at a home-based establishment, and is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate credential. She also has a daughter of her own. Ms. Sonia strives to provide developmentally appropriate activities for all the children in her care.

    Resource Teacher
    Ms. Gloria came to us in March of 2020 after two years of volunteering at a local elementary school, where she helped in the classrooms, cafeteria and on field trips. In addition to having two children of her own, she has an associate’s degree in Childhood Education from LaGuardia Community College in New York. Ms. Gloria does her best every day to keep the children in her care happy and safe.
