    Mr Chris

    Owner
    Mr. Chris is our On-Site Owner here at The Goddard School. He and his family have been working with the school since it opened in 1998. He spends his days visiting the staff and children in the classrooms, ensuring that the building is a safe and well-maintained place for the children to play. Mr. Chris is a firm believer in our F.L.EX Program and has absolute confidence in the Administration and Teachers to provide the best education possible for his students. Furthermore, he has two daughters and lots of nieces and nephews, all that have attended a Goddard school! His favorite aspect about Goddard is how our curriculum provides fundamental and educational growth for the students each day.

    Miss Catie

    Director of Education
    Miss Catie is the Director of Education at our school! She has over eight years of experience in childcare and is working towards a bachelors degree in Family and Human Development with a minor in Counseling and Applied Psychological Behavior. She has been with The Goddard School since 2020. She loves working here because of the small atmosphere, everyone knows each other and we are all one big family! Miss Catie has a zoo at home, with two dogs, one cat, an aquarium of fish, and an axolotl! She believes that children are the light in the world, creating positivity and hope for the future.

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Kristin is the Assistant Director. She is working towards her bachelors degree in Business Administration through Indiana University. She has been with The Goddard School since 2021. She started as the lead teacher in the Peacocks classroom and is so excited to step into her new role. Outside of work, Ms. Kristin loves spending time with the little ones in her family!
  • Miss Debra

    Miss Debra

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Debra has been with The Goddard School since 2012. She is the lead teacher in our infant classroom. She worked with children with autism and cognitive delay from 1989 to 2009. Ms. Debra graduated from high school in Chicago, IL., then went on to earn her CDA. She specializes in Safe Sleeping Practices and Infant/Toddler Growth. Ms. Debra loves teaching tummy time, fine motor skills, and sensory play. She is dedicated to providing and nurturing a loving atmosphere for her babies!
  • Miss Julie

    Miss Julie

    Cook
    Ms. Julie has been the cook at The Goddard School since 2007! She worked for Marsh for 23 years and Taylor's Bakery for 5 years. Ms. Julie's favorite parts about working here are "The people! The children! The families! My co-workers! It makes it worth coming to work every day!" She enjoys doing crossword puzzles and reading Danielle Steele books in her free time - and going to Texas Roadhouse with her husband! Ms. Julie grew up as the only girl in a family with four children and has loved watching football and basketball ever since. Ms. Julie enjoys going in the classrooms every day because she gets so many hugs and smiles from the children!

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Donna is one of our assistants in the infant classroom. She has her masters degree in elementary education and dedicated 37 years towards teaching in school systems. Her favorite part about Goddard is watching the babies grow and learn about their bodies and develop personalities. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, sewing, and reading.

    Miss Guadalupe

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Lupe is the Lead Teacher in the Penguins room! She grew up in Colombia, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Art Education. Ms. Lupe does an excellent job teaching social and emotional development with our toddler students and executing our F.L.E.X. Program. In her free time, Ms. Lupe loves to volunteer at her church. Her favorite part about working at Goddard is watching her babies grow up and seeing their personalities shine.

    Miss Mimoza

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Moza has been an assistant teacher at The Goddard School since 2005. She was born in Shkoder, Albania. She began working with children in Albania as a Kindergarten teacher. She came to the United States with her family in 1999. She loves working with our toddlers in the afternoons. The older children love to stop by to say hi to Moza before they leave every day!

    Ms. Rhi is the lead in the Roadrunner classroom. She has been with Goddard since 2021! She is currently working towards her Child Development Associate. She loves our learning through play philosophy and is very patient with our young students. She believes that every child has their own unique talents and it is important for them to express it.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Mallory is the Lead Teacher in the Peacocks classroom. She has a passion for working with little ones and does a great job with our two's. In her free time, Ms. Mallory loves spending time with her family, reading, and embroidery. She has two cats at home named Sally and Fiona! Her favorite part about Goddard is helping the children grow and excel in education. She also loves working with such great teachers every day.
  • Miss Carmen

    Miss Carmen

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Carmen is the lead teacher in the Owls classroom and is currently working towards her CDA. She started with us in April of 2023 and has well over a decade of experience working with children. She grew up in Panama, where she worked at a special needs camp for three years. Ms. Carmen believes that every moment is a chance to learn something new. Her favorite part about Goddard is that she gets to teach and watch children grow over time. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, crocheting, photography and getting snuggles from her dog Mylo.
  • Miss Dahiana (Leidy)

    Miss Dahiana (Leidy)

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Dahiana has been the lead teacher in the Duck classroom since 2022! She grew up in Colombia, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is currently working towards her Child Development Associate as well! Ms. Dahiana has over four years of experience working with children and does a fantastic job with our two-year-olds. Her favorite part about working at Goddard is the silly stories she gets to bring home to her husband every day. Ms. Dahiana loves to watch her students grow and learn.
  • Miss Lyndsey

    Miss Lyndsey

    Assistant Teacher
    Miss Lyndsey is our assistant in the Seagulls classroom. She joined us in 2023 and loves being around the kiddos as they keep her energy and mood positive. She also enjoys knowing that she is helping shape the students into the people they will become. In her free time, she sings and volunteers at her church, helping with the youth group. She has a dog named Biscuit that she loves spending time with.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Harleen is one of our assistant teachers in the Robins classroom. She has her bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in ethics. She is currently working towards her masters degree in counseling. Her favorite part about Goddard is working with the children and building bonds with them. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, traveling, singing, and dancing.

    Ms. Raviana is the assistant in the Owls classroom! She does a wonderful job helping our kiddos strengthen their social-emotional skills. Her favorite part about working at Goddard is getting to know every individual child. In her free time, Ms. Raviana loves cooking and bowling!

    Ms. Bella started with us in 2018 and is our Lead teacher in the Robin classroom. She has her Associates of Arts in Deaf Studies and is currently working towards her Bachelors of Arts in English through American Sign Language Interpreting. Ms. Bella loves how funny her students are and enjoys the great team we have here at Goddard. Ms. Bella loves hanging out with her family (dogs, too!). Her mom and dad are both deaf, and she has a passion for learning and practicing ASL within the classroom.

    Ms. Angela is one of our assistants in the Duck classroom! Her favorite part about working with children is their state of happiness. She loves watching them learn and grow over time. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with family. Her house is full of plants and she loves growing flowers in the summer!
