    Denise

    Owner/ Education Consultant
    Denise McConachie, M.Ed., Owner - Denise McConachie graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master of Education Degree with certification credentials in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Middle School Education. Denise also has a minor degree in Science with an emphasis in physics. Denise taught Kindergarten for eleven years and has been on staff as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education at Missouri Baptist University since 1997. Denise is an asset to The Goddard St. Charles due to her 27 years of experience in Education and Early Learning as well as up to date knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education as a university professor. Denise is a proud mother of two children who attended The Goddard School when they were younger. Please feel free to stop by and visit Denise.     Abigail

    Center Director
    Abbie, our center director, has been with The Goddard School since August 2017. She has a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She is furthering her education and working towards an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at St Charles Community College. Abbie has vast range of experience from being a lead teacher, assistant teacher, office administrator and now as a full-time director. In her spare time, Abbie likes to spend time with her family and friends, work-out, and travel. She also is a Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Francis Howell High School.

    Director
    Olivia has been with The Goddard School St. Charles since July 2019. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Central Methodist University. She has professionally matured in The Goddard School St. Charles as an assistant teacher, lead teacher, office administrator, and now a full-time director. In her personal life, Olivia loves to spend time with her children, Maverick and Riley whom both attend The Goddard School St. Charles, and her dog Lily. She enjoys going on river floats and taking hikes with her family.

    Kimberly-Infant Room Teacher. Kimberly has been a valued member of The Goddard School family since September 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri. Before joining The Goddard School, Kimberly honed her teaching skills in the Rockwood School District, where she worked for several years. Passionate about early childhood education, Kimberly's favorite aspect of teaching is witnessing the growth and development of her students. She cherishes the moments of wonder and discovery that light up her students' eyes as they learn and explore. Outside the classroom, Kimberly is a talented photographer who enjoys capturing life's special moments. She also loves traveling, spending quality time with her children, and caring for her beloved dogs. Kimberly’s dedication to her students and zest for life make her an inspiring and nurturing educator.

She is most often found in the infant room, where her passion for nurturing young minds truly shines. Denise finds immense joy in supporting her students as they reach new milestones, and she approaches each day with enthusiasm and dedication. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in combining fun with learning, fostering an environment where her students feel engaged and supported as they grow and develop. Outside of work, Denise enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband and close friends. She also takes great pride in celebrating her grandchildren’s achievements, whether on the field or in the classroom. Denise’s warmth, commitment, and love for her students make her an invaluable member of the Goddard School family.

    Jennifer-Toddler Room Teacher. Jennifer joined The Goddard School in 2022, bringing with her over two decades of experience in child care and health care. Prior to joining Goddard, she worked in private home health care with the elderly and ran her own home daycare for approximately 23 years. At Goddard, Jennifer is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment where students can grow, learn, and explore while developing problem-solving skills. Outside of the classroom, Jennifer enjoys caring for her German shepherd dogs and capturing the beauty of the world around her through photography. Her diverse background and love for both children and animals enrich the educational experience for her students.

    Jessica-Resource Teacher. Jessica has been a dedicated member of The Goddard School team since May 2017. She is passionate about teaching children social-emotional strategies and finds great joy in brightening their day with a warm hug as soon as they arrive at school. Jessica also enjoys helping children develop their language and communication skills, particularly through teaching sign language. Outside of her professional life, Jessica loves watching baseball, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family. Her caring and thoughtful approach to child development makes her a cherished part of The Goddard School community.

    Shelby-Toddler Room Teacher. Shelby has been a valued member of The Goddard School team since August 2022, bringing with her five years of experience working with early childhood-aged children. As a classroom teacher, Shelby is passionate about nurturing her students' individual interests through play and creative expression, especially through art. Outside of her professional life, Shelby enjoys reading, participating in Colorguard, and spending quality time with her dog, Piper. Her dedication to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment helps her students grow and thrive both academically and personally.

A 2013 graduate of Francis Howell North High School, Danielle has always been committed to fostering an environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. In her classroom, Danielle thrives on creating meaningful connections with her students, celebrating their “I did it” moments as they reach each milestone. Outside of the classroom, Danielle enjoys spending time with her daughters, baking, and crafting, bringing creativity and joy to both her professional and personal life.

A graduate of Hazelwood West High School, she has gained extensive experience working in various classrooms but has truly found her passion in the toddler room. Salene loves being part of each child’s developmental journey, marveling at their creative thinking and unique personalities as they grow and learn. Outside of work, Salene enjoys spending quality time with her two children, who also attend The Goddard School. She finds joy in family movie nights, knitting, crafting, and caring for her beloved pets—her cat, Amery, and her guinea pig, Luna. Salene’s dedication to nurturing young minds and her enthusiasm for building meaningful connections make her an integral part of The Goddard School community.

Mr. Tom thrives on engaging his students through storytelling and enjoys reading books during circle time, fostering a love for learning and curiosity. He is committed to furthering children's intellectual growth by encouraging exploration and active participation in their environment. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Tom enjoys spending time with his friends and caring for his cat. His warm, engaging approach helps create a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for his students.

Outside of her professional life, Katelyn loves spending time outdoors, painting, and cooking, which allow her to relax and tap into her creativity.     Ava-Toddler Room Teacher. Ava has been a dedicated team member at The Goddard School in St. Charles since July 2023. A graduate of Holt High School, Ava is currently pursuing a degree in Special Education at Lindenwood University. Her passion for working with toddlers was sparked early on, and she has since embraced the joy of fostering their growth and development. In addition to her role in the classroom, Ava serves as an office assistant, contributing to the smooth operation of the school’s front office. She finds great fulfillment in watching children grow, learn, and thrive as students. Outside of work, Ava enjoys spending time at the lake, dancing, and capturing special moments through photography. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her a valued member of The Goddard School community.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Her passion for teaching stems from the curiosity and enthusiasm children bring to learning, making every day an exciting and rewarding experience. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with her three children and their dogs. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves traveling, cruising, and relaxing at the beach.     Courtney-PreK Teacher. Courtney joined The Goddard School in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from running her own in-home daycare for four years. As a mother to two daughters, she deeply values the process of watching children grow and learn both at school and at home. Courtney's favorite aspect of her role at Goddard is observing how students develop communication skills and learn to interact with one another, all while growing into their unique, individual selves.     Ermina-Preschool Room Teacher. Ermina joined The Goddard School St. Charles in January 2024 and is currently working towards her Nursing degree at St. Louis Community College. Outside of her professional life, Ermina enjoys hiking and reading, finding relaxation and inspiration in nature and literature. Madison graduated from Missouri Baptist University in April 2024 with a degree in Health Sciences, and she brings a compassionate, nurturing approach to her role. Chelsea discovered her passion for early childhood education in the preschool classroom, where she thrives on creating engaging learning experiences for her students. Passionate about education, Evangelynn is pursuing a degree in Education to further enhance her teaching skills. She is also learning Spanish to better communicate with and support children who are not native English speakers, ensuring every child feels understood and valued.     Jaide-Toddler Room Teacher. Jaide joined The Goddard School St. Charles in April 2024, bringing a strong background in child development and a passion for working with children. A 2022 graduate of Elsberry High School, Jaide earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification the same year, further expanding her expertise in care and education. She also became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) after passing her test and gaining valuable experience working with children with autism. Jaide is especially passionate about watching children overcome challenges and celebrating their achievements. She loves guiding children as they explore new experiences and observing their interactions with the world around them. Outside of work, Jaide enjoys training dogs and spending time with her friends.

With a special affection for working with infants and toddlers, Madyson thrives on witnessing their remarkable growth and development during their early years. Her role as an older sister to two siblings has deeply influenced her love for caring for children and supporting their progress.
