On-site OwnerMalvika has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and earned her Masters in Business Administration from Virginia Tech. She is thrilled to be able to provide The Goddard School's outstanding accredited program to the children and families in the Concord, Kannapolis and surrounding communities. Ms Delathia
Executive DirectorMs. Delathia (Dee) is the Executive Director at TGS. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Education as well as an Associates in Early Childhood Education. She has been in the education field since 1997 and has held a variety of positions, working with all age groups. She plans to earn a Master's Degree in the near future. As an educator, she strives to instill a love for learning in children. She is excited to be a part of The Goddard School family. Fun Fact: Ms. Dee enjoys competitive bowling. -
Ms Chaaya
Assistant DirectorMs. Chaaya is a graduate of Central Cabarrus High School in Concord, NC. She is a Walden University graduate in Early Childhood Development and has an Infant and Toddler Certification from Stanly Community College. She has been teaching since 2018. She believes that every child has a unique way of learning. She loves teaching children to help them learn, grow, and build bonds. Fun Fact: Ms. Chaaya enjoys going to the park , baking, painting, and traveling. -
Ms Jennifer
Lead TeacherMs. Jen earned her CDA (Bilingual) from Rasmussen University in Bloomington, MN and received her NC credentials from Central Piedmont Community College. She believes that all children learn differently and enjoys giving them a hands-on experience. She loves watching their minds as work as they learn without knowing that they are learning. Fun fact: Ms. Jen loves to bake and spend time with her family. -
Ms Kalisa
TeacherMs. Kalisa graduated from West Stanly High School and has been working in the education field since 1996. We are excited to have her here at The Goddard School. She enjoys watching the children grow and learn new things everyday. Fun Fact: Ms. Kalisa likes to travel and loves ice cream. -
Ms Radha
Lead TeacherMs. Radha earned her degree in Teachers Training and B.A. from Annamali University in India. She previously worked as a Primary School Teacher in Dharmapuri, India. Her passion for teaching came at an early age as she loves spending time with children. She believes that every child learns at a different pace and we have to allow them to develop their skills. Fun Fact: Ms. Radha enjoys cooking, music, and spending time with her family. -
Ms Alexia
Lead TeacherMs. Alexia (Lexi) was born and raised in Florida. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Livingstone College. She has been working with children since 2020. A fun fact about Ms. Lexi is that she is also a dancer and crafter. -
Ms Priya
TeacherMs. Priya earned her BS in Computer Science and her MS in Information Technology from the University of Madras in Chennai, India. She began her journey with early childhood education here with us and we are happy to have her! She believes that every person is unique, so she focuses on her student/teacher relationships with one-one interactions. Fun fact: Ms. Priya loves cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. -
Ms Vanessa
Lead TeacherMs. Vanessa earned her Education Degree from the teaching school Universidade Guarulhos - Brazil. Ms. Vanessa has been in education for 22 years, 7 of them being in early childhood education. She believes that no kid should be left behind and she enjoys seeing their development everyday. -
Florencia
Assistant TeacherMs. Florencia has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She also has her Early Childhood Education Credentials Certificate. She has been in the field of education for 12 years. She loves to teach and interact with children because they are curious and eager to learn. Fun Fact: She enjoys traveling and spending time with family. Her hobbies are reading and walking out in nature. -
Ms Lacostia
Lead TeacherMs. Lacostia earned her associate's degree in early childhood education from Rowna Cabarrus community college pursuing her BA in Psychology from UNC. She has been in early childhood education for 8 years. Her teaching philosophy is to create a nurturing and welcoming environment where children are valued and supported in their learning journey. She inspires curiosity in self-reliance through play and interactive learning. Fun fact: Ms. Lacostia enjoys skydiving, reading and interior decorating. -
Ms Aliyah
TeacherMs. Aliyah has her associate's degree in general education and enjoys working with kids ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. She believes in utilizing visual learning to help children learn and grow. She enjoys watching the children grow because she understands each child learns differently. Fun Fact: Ms. Aliyah loves to read, write do yoga, go hiking and walking. -

TeacherMs. Mukta has a Masters Degree in Commerce from BAMU University in India. She has been in the field of education for two months. She believes that all children are unique. She strives to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment in which students are engaged in their learning process. Fun Fact: She likes to spend time with her family and her hobbies include art, cooking, traveling, and gardening. -

ResourceMs. Rama has earned her master's degree in Science and enjoys teaching and working with children. She believes teaching is therapy and that we can teach and learn new things that we can enjoy with our children. Fun fact: Mrs. Rama is a good cook, she enjoys traveling to different places and enjoys doing crafts. -

TeacherMrs. Saigeetha earned her MA in Commerce from Annamalai University. She has been an educator for 5+ years and enjoys teaching and educating small children. As a passionate teacher, she believes children are awesome and enjoys helping them grow. Fun fact: Mrs. Saigeetha enjoys cooking! -

TeacherMrs. Supriya earned her BA in Biotechnology from Mumbai University. She believes every child is unique in their own way and that all kids need a little help, a little hope and somebody who believes in them! Yevonne (Shardae)
Lead TeacherMs. Yevonne (Shardae) is the lead teacher in the 2's classroom. She has a Associates degree from York Technical College. She has been teaching since 2017 focusing primarily on teaching the 2 year olds. She believes every child learns in his/her unique way and as a teacher we need to understand what that is. Fun Fact: Ms. Shardae is loves to read, spend time at home with her family. -

Lead Infant TeacherMs. Karla has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development. She has been teaching children for 7 years. Her teaching philosophy is every child has a unique way of learning. Fun Fact: She enjoys hiking, Disney, and animals. -
Virginia (Ginger)
Lead TeacherMs. Ginger earned her BA in Health and Physical Education with a minor in Biology from Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City, Tennessee. She has been an educator for over thirty years having spent 20 years as a second-grade teacher; she has been with The Goddard School since 2016. As a passionate teacher, she believes it is important to understand that every child learns differently and at their own pace. She uses hands on, creative play to teach social and cognitive skills. Fun fact: Ms. Ginger enjoys the excitement of getting on a plane and traveling to visit family and friends.
