Our Teachers

Paul has been the proud owner of The Goddard School of Marlboro since 2010. He started his Goddard journey in 1999 and has recently celebrated his 25th year of owning a very highly rated Goddard School. Along with being a proud owner he is a proud dad to his three children who have all attended the Goddard School. Paul has a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University. Prior to joining the Goddard family he spent 10 years working in finance. Paul is married to Megan, who is also a very proud owner of a Goddard School. Together they have 7 beautiful children. At the Goddard School of Marlboro, Paul along with his partner Antoinette work each and every day to run a great school! They truly believe in what they do and take tremendous pride in their school.

Ms. Alexa has been working at The Goddard School since 2015. She started as an afternoon teacher, quickly became the preschool lead teacher, and now is the education director! Ms. Alexa has a B.S Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island. Ms. Alexa is the first person you will see upon entering our school and she is sure to put a smile on your face!

Ms. Elizabeth has been working at our school since 2017. She was the lead toddler teacher for 2 years, our lead preschool teacher for 3 years, and now is our assistant director! Ms. Elizabeth spends her mornings in each classroom offering support where needed.

Ms. Cassidy has been working at our school since 2014. She has the pleasure of helping out in each classroom and she loves that she gets to spend time with each age group! Ms. Cassidy is very nurturing and your kids are sure to love her!

Ms. Betty is Lead Teacher of our Infant Room. She is a Registered Nurse and worked in Pediatrics for many years. After staying home to raise her six children, she returned to the work place and has been at our school since the day it opened in August 2004. Ms. Betty was promoted to the role of Lead Teacher of our Infant Room in Spring of 2011.

Ms. Jackie is the assistant teacher in our infant classroom! She started working at our school as the assistant preschool teacher four years ago! Ms. Jackie was thrilled when she became the assistant infant teacher as babies are her absolute favorite! She will be sure to cuddle your little one all day!

Ms. Lauren has been our lead teacher in the First Steps classroom for two years! As a mom herself, she believes that this is the most exciting age. Ms. Lauren loves watching the children meet so many milestones under her care.

Ms. Carolyn has been working at our school for a year! She started as the assistant in the infant classroom and transitioned into our first steps classroom. Ms. Carolyn is a very "hands-on" teacher and loves to engage with the children.

Ms. Liz has been a teacher at our school since October 2005. She began her Goddard career in our Marvelous Monkeys Toddler I classroom as an Assistant Teacher from her first day here until July 2018. Since August 2018, Liz has been the Lead Teacher of the Laughing Lion Toddler Room! She loves working with children and from her experience, it is definitely the most rewarding job. Ms. Liz adores watching the children learn and grow!

Ms. Rose has been working at our school for the past three years. Toddlers are her favorite age group as she believes this is where children learn the most growing up! She loves helping your child become as independent as possible!

Ms. Alana just started at our school this year and has been such a great addition to our family! She is so excited to be able to watch your child grow up and help them learn new things daily! Ms. Alana's warm and nurturing personality makes her a great lead teacher in our get-set classroom!

Ms. Anna has been our preschool 1 assistant teacher for two years. She loves working with this age group and preparing them for Pre-K!

Ms. Josephine has been at our school since 2019! She started as the assistant preschool teacher, quickly became our kindergarten teacher, and is now happily settled as the lead in our Preschool 2 classroom! Ms. Josephine is a mom of four incredible children and takes pride in being able to help your children learn, grow, and excel into the best version of themselves!

Ms. Sara has been teaching at our school for the last year in our Get-Set classroom! She loves working with children and believes it is the most rewarding job! Ms. Sara is always smiling and will make sure your child has the best day ever!

Ms. Erin has been our lead pre-k teacher for the last three years! She loves getting your child kindergarten ready and is a very hands on teacher! Your child will come home so excited to tell you everything they learned that day! Ms. Erin loves doing science experiments and getting the kids involved in daily activities.

Ms. Isabel has been working at our school for the past two years as the assistant pre-k teacher! She loves helping get your child ready for kindergarten! Ms. Isabel is also our Spanish teacher! She teaches Spanish in our preschool and pre-k rooms every Wednesday!

Ms. Jenn is the Lead Teacher of one of our Pre-Kindergarten classrooms: The Learning Leopards! She is a seasoned teacher with 17 years of teaching experience. Prior to joining us at The School Road Goddard, Ms. Jenn taught both Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten at a Goddard School near her home. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kean University and is certified to teach grades K through 8 in the State of New Jersey. Besides being a wonderful and dedicated teacher, Ms. Jenn is also a proud mother of her daughter.
