Mr Bill
OwnerBill is the on-site owner of our Goddard location. Bill has been involved with The Goddard School since 1999. His love and passion for The Goddard School lead him to open this location in 2002. Bill received his Associates Degree in Business Management from Northwestern Business College. He wanted to operate a business that plays an important role in the community by providing an exceptional service for children. He is very proud to own a business that is centered on his most important priority – family. Bill is very excited to be a part of The Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in this neighborhood. He looks forward to getting to know you and your family as well as being a part of the community. -

On-site OwnerI am so proud to be part of this wonderful school; our children, parents, and faculty make an amazing family! Prior to owning the school, I worked for Goddard Systems Incorporated (Franchisor of The Goddard School). I decided early on that I firmly believed in the educational program that Goddard provides. I believe we change the lives of children and families. I believe we provide the environment, materials, direction, and opportunities for experiences that will promote a child's innate ability to learn and develop. I am passionate that they graduate being School Ready, Career Ready, Life Ready. -
Mrs Melanie
Lead DirectorMrs. Melanie has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio University. Mrs. Melanie previously worked in our older toddler classroom and was promoted to director due to her passion for early childhood learning. She is dedicated to providing the best of care for every child and enjoys seeing children reach key milestones every day. Ms. Melanie enjoys the time spent with her children as they attend The Goddard School. Her favorite author is Mo Willams. -
Ms Aimee
Assistant DirectorMs. Aimee is currently the lead in our Toddler 2 classroom. She loves watching and helping children learn and explore as they grow. Ms. Aimee is currently pursuing her CDA specializing in infants and toddlers. She loves to read Pete the Cat books by Eric Litwin. She enjoys getting to be closer to her son as he grows up and learns in the school. -
Ms Isabelle
Infant Lead TeacherMs. Isabelle has been working with children for “as long as she can remember” starting as a babysitter and nanny before joining The Goddard School. She has been working with infants especially as she is the second oldest of 7. She is currently working on her CDA and looking into furthering her educational background with a possible bachelor’s degree in early childhood development. She loves getting to work with all the families and kids every day! -
Ms Lauri
First Steps Lead TeacherMs. Lauri has been working in childcare since 1991 and with the Goddard School since 2006. She enjoys watching children grow through the years as she is with them from some of their first steps. She is currently working on getting her CDA in infant and toddler care in order to expand her knowledge for teaching. Outside of work Ms. Lauri can be found spending time with her family or reading. -
Ms Lilly
Infant - Toddler Resource TeacherMrs. Lilly has been working in childcare since 2019. She enjoys working with children and seeing everyone grow and learn. She is looking forward to getting to raise her own children and using her experience in childcare to help homeschool them when the time comes. She also enjoys running a business with her husband, exercising, art, and spending time with her family. -
Ms Jasmine
Toddler Resource TeacherMs. Jasmine is currently studying pre-vet and looking to transfer soon to study zoology. She joined The Goddard School after realizing through other work that she enjoys working with children. She enjoys working with the Toddler rooms and always has fun when working with them. Ms. Jasmine was previously a swim instructor and thoroughly enjoyed the experience as she enjoys being active and swimming, playing volleyball or lacrosse in her free time. -
Ms Sarah
Toddler Lead TeacherMs. Sarah enjoys working in childcare as children are a great reminder to enjoy life and to take time to “smell the roses” every day. As a mother of two, red bull and coffee are her favorite drinks. At the end of the day she enjoys sitting down to relax and read a good book! She is currently working on her CDA in infant and toddler care. -
Ms Rachel
Preschool Lead TeacherMrs. Rachel began working at the Goddard school in the Get Set room before joining the Preschool program. She attended Ohio Dominican University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in educational studies in 2019. Her favorite part of working here is getting to see children laugh, grow, play, and create strong friendships. -
Ms Sara
Preschool Assistant TeacherMs. Sara loves working with young students especially in the Preschool classroom. She loves seeing them blossom and grow. Ms. Sara also enjoys being able to create positive and loving bonds with both children and their families. -
Mrs Lisa
Pre-K Lead TeacherMrs. Lisa has been working in childcare since 2017 with Pre-K students. She also has her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She loves coming to work and hearing each child’s exciting news about their new shoes, boo-boos, or getting to see Grandma and Grandpa. She loves learning alongside the kids, asking questions and discovering new things with them. Mrs. Lisa’s goal is to help children get excited about school for years to come! -
Ms Farah
Pre-K Assistant TeacherMrs. Farah has completed her associates degree in healthcare management at Columbus State Community College. She is a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. Mrs. Farah gets a great sense of achievement from seeing students develop and grow as individuals. She is honored and has great pride in being part of the Goddard School. -
Mr Mathew
Pre-K Assistant TeacherMr. Mathew has been working in childcare since 2014 in various roles. He has a passion for teaching and the arts, which is evident by the elaborate hats and cardboard play structures you will often find him creating. He enjoys using his skills as a great way to get children more excited and involved in their learning. Seeing children learn and grow is the most rewarding part of being a teacher for Mr. Mathew. -
Ms Paige
School Age Lead TeacherMs. Paige earned her degree in 2019 from Ohio Dominican University in Early Childhood/Intervention Specialist. After college she spent some time working at Walt Disney World before returning home to go back to working with children in an educational environment. She loves to help foster learning, growth and creativity in children. -
Mrs Melissa
School Age Assistant TeacherMrs. Missy has been working with The Goddard Schools since 2016. She has worked in all different age groups from Infants through School Age. She is also a Registered dental assistant. She has three grown children of her own and three grandchildren who she credits with teaching her everything she needs to know to love working in childcare! -
Ms Sadiyah
Infants Resource teacherMs. Sadiyah is currently a resource teacher who is exceptional in the Infant and First Steps rooms! She is currently earning her bachelor’s degree in education and has her associates degree in teacher education. She loves seeing how the kids grow and learn so much while here and being able to help and care for them! In her free time Ms. Sadiyah enjoys baking, playing video games, and anything creative. -
Ms Jeanette
Resource TeacherMs. Jeanette enjoys working as one of the resource teachers as she gets to work with students of all ages from Infants up to School Age. She enjoys watching and helping children learn different techniques as they grow into their greatness. She is currently pursuing her CDA in Preschool/Pre-K education to further her learning as she helps students learn and grow. -
Mrs Christine
Resource TeacherMrs. Chrissy has always loved working with children even back when she was a child helping as much as she could to care for her younger siblings. She was previously a nanny and babysitter and in a childcare setting since 2000. Mrs. Chrissy enjoys working as a resource teacher as it allows her to build relationships with the children in all of the classrooms. -
Ms Madison
Resource TeacherWorking here at The Goddard School is Ms. Maddie’s first time working in a childcare setting but she has been providing care for children through babysitting since 2016. She is loving getting to work with the kids and especially enjoys the Infant and First Steps rooms.
