Gaby
Onsite ownerGaby is our onsite owner, she has a Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. Prior to joining the Goddard family, she spent her career working as an engineer and project manager in the aerospace industry, where she met her Goddard business partner Alex. Gaby is married to Matt and they have two daughters, she is passionate about providing a safe and fun environment for children. -
Alex
OwnerAlex is the on-site owner of the Goddard School in West Chester, OH. Before that, Alex worked for over 10 years in the aviation industry as an Electrical Engineer, where she met her Goddard business partner Gaby. Alex also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. She is married to Steve and they have two children. Alex is excited to be part of the Mason Deerfield Goddard family! -
Hilary
Center DirectorMs. Hilary has worked in early childhood education since 2009, including teaching in our preschool program. She earned her bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Family Studies and Pre-kindergarten Education from Miami University. Ms. Hilary joined The Goddard School in 2014. She is passionate about helping to guide a new generation of teachers, building lifelong relationships with children and their families, and nurturing a love for learning in children. She sees each day as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives. Hilary and her husband John have two energetic sons who attend The Goddard School. -
Rayonna
Assistant DirectorMs. Ray holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Cincinnati State. She began her career in early childhood education in 2017, having grown up assisting her mom with her own child care center. Ms. Ray joined The Goddard School in 2019 because of its high education standards and her dedication to children's development. She is passionate about creating an environment where every child feels loved, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential—including her own daughter, Kala. -
Lizbeth
Assistant DirectorMs. Liz holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development from Miami University. She began her journey at The Goddard School as a student teacher in the Lion Room, where she quickly connected with students and staff. After joining our team full-time, she became a beloved Pre-K teacher known for her creativity, dedication, and ability to inspire young learners. In November 2024, Ms. Liz was promoted to Assistant Director of Education. In this role, she supports teachers in implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum while fostering strong relationships with families to ensure every child thrives in a nurturing and enriching environment. -
Ashley
Lead Teacher- InfantsMs. Ashley joined our team after spending time at home raising her own children, bringing with her a deep understanding of nurturing and caregiving. She has experience working in both our Preschool and Infant rooms but found a special connection with the infants. As a dedicated member of our Infant Room team, she has played a key role in helping care for and guide our youngest learners, building lasting bonds with both the children and their families. Her warmth and dedication create a loving and supportive environment where little ones can grow and thrive. -

Assistant Teacher- InfantsMs. Beth’s background in nursing as an LPN, combined with her passion for working with young children, led her to a rewarding career in early childhood education. With experience caring for infants and toddlers, she brings a nurturing and attentive approach to the classroom. Now, as the Infant Assistant Teacher, she is dedicated to providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment where little ones can grow and thrive. -
Maricar
Lead Teacher- First Steps (Older Infants)Ms. Maricar holds a Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA) with a specialization in infant and toddler development. She earned an associate's degree in computer Secretarial Science from City of Malabon University in the Philippines. Joining The Goddard School in 2019, Ms. Maricar cherishes the immensely rewarding experience that comes from teaching. -

Assistant Teacher- First Steps (Older Infants)Ms. Alla has several years of experience working with The Goddard Schools, where she has developed her skills in early childhood education. A naturally nurturing individual, she is dedicated to fostering a love of learning in children and helping them develop their abilities. She takes pride in being a positive influence and guiding young learners as they grow and thrive. -

Lead Teacher- ToddlersMs. Allie is currently taking classes to earn her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). She has experience working as an assistant teacher in our Older Infant room and is now the lead teacher in one of our Toddler rooms. Ms. Allie enjoys working with young children and loves seeing them smile each day, taking great joy in watching them grow and learn. -
Shari
Assistant Teacher- ToddlersMs. Shari brings over 25 years of experience in the early childhood field, fostering the growth and development of young learners. She joined The Goddard School as a resource teacher and quickly found her home in our toddler program. With her warmth, expertise, and dedication, she creates a nurturing and engaging environment where little ones can thrive. -
Taylor
Co-Lead Teacher- ToddlersMs. Taylor holds an associate's degree in Elementary Education from Ivy Tech Community College and brings over five years of experience teaching in early childhood settings. She is passionate about nurturing young minds, helping children explore the world around them, and guiding them to grow into kind, caring individuals. -
Kaia
Co-Lead Teacher- ToddlersMs. Kaia is currently taking classes in Criminal Justice and Psychology at the University of Cincinnati. She has experience working with children through babysitting and at her church. Ms. Kaia loves making children happy and enjoys teaching them new skills. -
Moumita
Lead Teacher- Older ToddlersMs. Moumita holds a master's degree in Sociology from India and has experience teaching there. She is passionate about making a difference in her students' lives and is dedicated to inspiring and encouraging the success of future generations. -
MeAshja
Assistant Teacher- Older ToddlersMs. MeAshja (Meme) is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice while working as an assistant teacher at our school. She loves helping kids in any way she can—whether through education, being a supportive presence, or a friend to play with. Her passion for making a difference shines as she strives to be a positive influence on younger generations. -

Lead Teacher- Young PreschoolMs. Laramie is a dedicated early childhood educator with several years of experience and she has a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She loves working with children, watching them grow, and helping their unique personalities shine. Ms. Laramie is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families, fostering a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. -
Chyanne
Assistant Teacher- Young PreschoolMs. Chyanne, a graduate of Fairfield High School, has always had a passion for working with children. She gained valuable experience caring for young learners at her grandmother’s in-home childcare, where she developed a love for teaching and building meaningful connections. Now as the Assistant Get Set Teacher, she enjoys playing with children, helping them learn new things that will stick with them, and creating strong, lasting bonds in the classroom. -
Deepti
Lead Teacher- PreschoolMs. Deepti earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Delhi University in India and has completed Early Childhood Care & Education coursework in India. While teaching at our school, she has also earned her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). Prior to joining The Goddard School, Ms. Deepti taught Kindergarten in India. She enjoys working with children and loves the way they look at the world. -
Noza
Assistant Teacher- PreschoolMs. Noza has experience in early childhood education in Uzbekistan. She enjoys building lasting bonds with the children, fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment. -
Ryan
Lead Teacher- PrekindergartenMr. Ryan attended Lincoln Christian College, where he studied children’s ministry. He brings previous experience as a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, a Childcare Center Assistant Director, as well as a Director of a Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Ryan loves teaching children because it brings the opportunity to be a role model and a positive influence. He joined our team in June 2023 and is a Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten program. -
Hollie
Lead Teacher- PrekindergartenMs. Hollie has her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). She worked at Scarlet Oaks Preschool before joining The Goddard School while finishing her CDA. Ms. Hollie has a passion for teaching children and cannot imagine doing anything else. -
Natasha
Assistant Teacher- PrekindergartenMs. Tasha is a Mason High School graduate with experience in caring for children. She enjoys working with children of all different ages and loves getting to know each child individually to understand how they learn best. -
Michelle
Resource TeacherMs. Michelle is a Resource Teacher and works where needed in the school. She has studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Michelle has been working with preschoolers since 1986 and joined our school in 2009. She loves creating fun and engaging activities for children of all age-groups. -
Jerry
Resource Teacher- School ageMr. Jerry is currently enrolled at the University of Cincinnati, pursuing a degree in secondary education. With experience as a substitute teacher, he has worked with students of various ages and enjoys creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Passionate about education, Mr. Jerry values building positive relationships with all students, helping them feel confident and encouraged in their learning journey. His enthusiasm and dedication make him a great addition to our team! -
Diana
Resource TeacherMs. Diana brings a strong background in customer service and accounting, where she developed excellent organizational skills. As a mother of two, she loved caring for her children and discovered her passion for supporting young learners. Wanting to make a meaningful difference, she chose a career in education to help children grow, build confidence, and explore their creativity. Ms. Diana is excited to inspire and support each child she works with. -
Tsakani
ResourceMs. Tsakani is a senior at Scarlett Oaks, where she is studying Early Childhood Education and working toward earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential by the end of the year. Energetic and full of enthusiasm, she loves having fun with the children and creating joyful learning experiences. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in her playful spirit and caring nature. Ms. Tsakani is excited to continue growing as an educator while supporting each child's development with warmth and encouragement. -
Anna
Resource TeacherMs. Anna is a proud graduate of Kings High School and has always had a strong interest in children's ministry. She brings valuable experience from working at the Kings Kids before and after school program, where she developed her love for teaching and supporting young learners. Anna also has experience as a paraprofessional, working closely with children with special needs. She enjoys creating fun, engaging activities that help children learn and grow. Anna is passionate about making learning enjoyable and meaningful, and she is excited to continue inspiring and supporting students as part of our team.
