Kaylin
OwnerKaylin is one of the onsite owners of The Goddard School of Northlake. Kaylin received her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in Early Childhood Education in 2009. She then taught 1st grade for seven years with Frisco ISD before opening the Goddard School of Northlake. Kaylin and her husband, Drew, have two children. They enjoy watching their kids in sports, traveling, and staying active in their free time. -
Susie
OwnerSusie is one of the onsite owners of The Goddard School of Northlake. Susie has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Families Studies and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University. Then she taught as an elementary school teacher in Frisco ISD for four years. She then accepted a job at her family’s business as Office Manager and Human Resources Specialist. Susie and her husband ,Kyle, have two boys who enjoy spending time outdoors together. -
Megan
Director of OperationsMs. Megan helped open The Goddard School of Northlake in 2019. She has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2010. She started as a Lead teacher and worked in every age group from six weeks to six years old before moving into administration in 2016. She received her Childhood Development Associate in 2014 and have continued ongoing education and training. Ms. Megan has three children, 2 sons and a daughter. They enjoy attending the Harvest family events and really building a family feel in our community. She looks forward to bringing her wealth of knowledge in Early Childhood Education and passion for teaching to the Director role and the children of The Goddard School of Northlake. -
Sydney
Director of EducationMs. Sydney Joined the Goddard School of Northlake in the spring of 2020. She has been working in early childhood education since 2015. Throughout her experience, she has worked with all age groups- infant through school age and earned her director certificate in 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and three children. She's so excited to be a part of The Goddard School of Northlake and meet all of our wonderful children and families. -
Cheyanne
Assistant DirectorMs. Chey joined the Goddard School of Northlake at our inception in 2019! She has been in early childhood education since 2015 and a member of the Goddard family since 2016. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, she moved to the Fort Worth area in spring of 2019. In her free time, Ms. Chey enjoys spending time with her sons, doing anything from playing sports, singing and dancing, watching movies, or channeling their inner-Irwins by exploring the outdoors and instilling a fascination and respect for all creatures. She looks forward to getting to know your children and helping them discover and explore their passions! -
Stephanie
Administrative AssistantMs. Stephanie joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024. She has been in the education world since 2015 and graduated from UNT in 2020 with her Bachelor's of Education in EC-6. Her favorite part about early childhood is seeing their growth as they achieve each new milestone! In her spare time, Ms. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and 3 dogs. She looks forward to meeting you and your children! -
Adriana
Lead TeacherMs. Ana joined The Goddard School of Northlake at our inception in 2019! Ms. Ana is originally from Brazil and moved to the US in 1998 to West Lafayette, Indiana. She obtained a degree in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Infants and Toddlers. Ms. Ana has been with the Goddard Franchise since 2010. She is passionate about teaching and guiding Toddlers and incorporating American Sign language and Yoga into their daily routine. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, biking, stand up paddle boarding, and spending time with her family. -
Amber
Lead TeacherMs. Amber joined The Goddard School of Northlake in 2021. She has been in early childhood education since 2012. After graduation she studied Early childhood Development at Weatherford College. Her passion is instilling confidence in her students and creating a fun environment for them to thrive in. During her spare time, Ms. Amber enjoys spending time with her two daughters and enjoying the outdoors. -
Amy
Lead TeacherMs. Amy joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2023. She is a Native North Texan and comes to The Goddard School with over 8 years of childcare experience. She is excited to spend time with her students and see how they can grow together. Outside of school, Ms. Amy enjoys spending time with her family of 6, watching movies, and going to concerts. She also has a beautiful collection of house plants she is always growing! -

Lead TeacherMs. Jessica joined The Goddard School of Northlake in 2022. She has been in early childhood education since 2017. She is a mother to two boys and loves working with the twos and threes and all the milestones that come with the age range! She is excited to help your children on their educational journey! -
Kelsey
Lead TeacherMs. Kelsey has been teaching in the early childhood education sector since 2019 and joined us at the Goddard School of Northlake in 2023. Ms. Kelsey is originally from central Illinois, but she relocated to Texas in 2016. She holds her Associate's Degree in Elementary Education (EC-6), and holds nearly 2 decades of childcare experience. Ms. Kelsey loves being outside, reading, and spending time with her 10 nieces and nephews (and one great-niece!) -
Makayla
Lead TeacherMs. Makayla has been at The Goddard School of Northlake since 2022 and in early childhood education since 2020. She loves building relationships with the families under her care as well as watching the children she teaches learn and grow. At home, Ms. Makayla enjoys spending time with her husband, her high school sweetheart, watching movies and playing video games. She also loves photography and taking walks in the park with her camera in tow. -
Scarlett
Lead TeacherMs. Scarlett joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024 and has been part of the Goddard family since 2023. She has been in early childhood education since she was 18 and has made a career out of teaching young minds. Ms. Scarlett's favorite thing about early childhood education is that while she teaches the children, she is always learning something new from them. She strives to create a safe and fun classroom environment. -
Shyenne
Lead TeacherMs. Shyenne previously worked at the Goddard School of Northlake in 2021 and recently returned to us in 2024. She holds an Associate of Arts in Education. She has a passion for caregiving that started with senior citizens. Ms. Shyenne is excited to take her next steps into child development and looks forward to shaping little hearts and minds! -
Taylor
Lead TeacherMs. Taylor joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2023. Originally from Houston, Texas, she went to school for allied healthcare and worked in the medical field for 3 years before embarking on her early childhood education journey. Ms. Taylor has previously taught art classes and summer camps in the Southlake area as well. She looks forward to teaching your little ones and helping them along on their learning adventures! -
Te'Aisha
Lead TeacherMs. Te'Aisha joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024 and has been with the Goddard franchise since 2018. Ms. T recently relocated to Texas from Colorado, and her ultimate goal for her classroom is to have fun and learn about our new and upcoming generations. Ms. Te'Aisha loves how children are open-minded and willing to take risks, and her favorite thing about early childhood education is having the opportunity to teach our future while learning how to live in the moment from them. -
Aubrey
TeacherMs. Aubrey Joined The Goddard School of Northlake in 2023. Her biggest goal for the classroom is positive and successful learning to make sure the kiddos are being taught important skills that will translate well outside of the classroom setting. Ms. Aubrey was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and has moved 5 times within 3 different states since. She's been in Texas and loving it since 2015! When not at school, Ms. Aubrey loves drawing and painting, listening to music, and exploring new movies and tv shows. -
Bridgette
TeacherMs. Bridgette joined The Goddard School of Northlake in 2022. She currently attends NCTC. She was born and raised in Chicago and made a big move to Texas. She loves basketball and tennis. She is excited to be a part of the Goddard family to help children grow and learn. -
Chae
TeacherMs. Chae joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024. Professionally, she has been in early childhood education since 2022, but she has been working with kids since she was in middle school, when she aided her parents with their work running a special needs program at their church. Ms. Chae's dream is to become an ESL teacher as she was once an ESL student herself. Her favorite thing about early childhood education is watching young children learn and grow. It is especially gratifying to see the 'lightbulb go off' when a child understands something. -

TeacherMs. Christian joined The Goddard School of Northlake in 2022, and has been in early childhood education since 2017. She is originally from California but moved to Texas in 2009. She has 2 young boys of her own at home with her husband and dog. Ms. Christian looks forward to spending time teaching your sweethearts here at The Goddard School! -
Cloe
TeacherMs. Cloe joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024 with 6 years of previous childcare experience. She is currently going to school to complete her Associate's degree in teaching and Bachelor's of Education. Ms. Cloe loves to be creative and loves anything involving art. She is very excited to teach your child and help them in their learning journey! -
Destiny
TeacherMs. Destiny has been at the Goddard School of Northlake since 2023. She has been in early childhood education since 2019, and her goal is to help build a good foundation and foster young, brilliant minds for their successful journeys ahead in school and beyond. Ms. Destiny has one daughter, with whom she loves to travel, read, and go to the beach! Her dream is to visit Hawai'i. -
Jordynn
TeacherMs. Jordynn joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024. Originally from Oklahoma, Ms. Jordynn moved to Texas and loves to enjoy the outdoors on walks with one of her 5 dogs. After years of babysitting and taking care of family members, she decided to start a career in early childhood education. She is excited to help your children learn and grow. -

TeacherMs. Kassidy joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2021. In school she lead several clinics for elementary age children and quickly realized her passion for working with young children. Ms. Kassidy loves to build relationships with the kids in her classroom and make their class feel like a second family. In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time with her dogs. -
Krystiana
TeacherMs. Krystiana joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2025 and has been in early childhood education since 2021. Ms. Krystiana's favorite thing about early childhood is getting to know each child's personality, especially their silly side! When Ms. Krystiana is not at school or working on her degree, she loves to shop and go out to eat. -
Mackenzie
TeacherMs. Mackenzie joined to Goddard School of Northlake in 2024. She is currently a Senior at TWU majoring in child development. Ms. Mackenzie has worked in childcare since 2020. Her favorite thing about early childhood is connecting with children and creating a fun, nurturing environment for them to grow and develop in. -
Meredith
TeacherMs. Meredith joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024 after spending the last 5 years as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in an elementary school setting. Before that, she spent several years in early childhood education, and she is eager to be back in the field. Ms. Meredith enjoys spending time with her family outside of school, especially watching her niece and nephew's sports tournaments on the weekends. -
Seirra
TeacherMs. Seirra joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024. Originally from Idaho, Ms. Seirra moved to North Texas in 2023 shortly after graduating high school, and she is excited to start her career in early childhood education. Ms. Seirra's favorite thing about early childhood is watching children grow into their personalities and helping children learn new things every day! -

TeacherMs. Tristan has been in early childhood education since 2022 and joined The Goddard School of Northlake in 2024. Ms. Tristan's favorite thing about early childhood education is watching children learn and grow as individuals. She believes it is an honor to be a part of the process as they develop into their own people and love to watch little humans succeed in life, no matter what milestone they are achieving. She looks forward to getting to know your children! -
Achiya
Resource TeacherMs. Achiya joined The Goddard School of Northlake in 2020 while she was still a high school student. She is currently attending UNT for social work. She is taking classes for Human Services to learn more about child development. Ms. Achiya looks forward to helping your children grow and learn. -
Kimberly
Resource TeacherMs. Lala joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2021. She has 3 sons, 5 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters. She first started working with children as a parent volunteer for her sons' school events. Ms. Lala has spent time in all of our classrooms and loves to get to know each child and their fun personalities! When she is not working, she enjoys shopping, soaking up the sun, and spending time with her family! -
Maria
Resource TeacherMs. Maria Joined The Goddard School of Northlake in 2021. She has two dogs and attends TWU for her teaching degree EC-6. Her goal for the classroom is to love each child individually and recognize their strengths. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews. -
Neilahi
Resource TeacherMs. Neila joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2024. She attended TWU for Family Studies and plans to become a child life assistant. Ms. Neila's favorite thing about early childhood is engaging with their energy and amazing imaginations. She looks forward to meeting your children and making connections with them. -
Sara
Resource TeacherMs. Sara joined the Goddard School of Northlake in 2021 and has worked in Early Childhood Development since 2019. She currently attends college majoring EC-6. She was born and raised in Texas, and in her free time she enjoys spending time at the gym, watching her nephew, and singing in the choir at her church where her father is the Pastor. Ms. Sara is so excited to be a part of this team.
