Mrs Jennifer
OwnerJennifer is the on-site owner of The Goddard School located in Northwest Fort Worth, Texas. Jennifer previously worked in healthcare for over 11 years but her love for children and quality education brought her to opening up a Goddard School. She is excited to be able to provide the families in her community a place where children can receive a high-quality learning experience in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. Jennifer and her husband Ty, have two wonderful children, Bailey age 13 and Landon age 10 and an energetic Goldendoodle named Charlie. In their free time they enjoy arts and crafts, the outdoors and family vacations to Disney! -
Mrs Mailene
Education DirectorWe are so excited to introduce Mrs. Mailene as our Director. She has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Puerto Rico in Bayamon in Early Childhood Education and K-6. After graduating, Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, which caused her to move to Texas. This is where she began working in Early Childhood centers while becoming a wife and a mother of two children. Mailene loves learning and growing, reading, and spending time with family. In her own words she is very passionate about Early Childhood Education because, “As educators of a young age group, we help them start and grow their love for learning and set them up for success early on by equipping them with the necessary tools for them to nurture their curiosity and their critical thinking.” When asked what excites her about education, she said "I like seeing the look on their face when they discover something they didn't know before." In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, son and daughter. -
Mrs Erika
Assistant DirectorWe are so excited to introduce Mrs. Erika as our Assistant Director. She joins us from a Florida Godard and has almost 10 years of experience in childcare in both teaching and management. When asked what excites her about being here, she said "I truly believe in the Goddard philosophy." In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She also enjoys crafting, baking and lots of Netflix! -
Mrs Suzelle
Assistant DirectorWe are delighted to introduce our new Assistant Director, Mrs. Suzelle! Mrs. Suzelle brings a wealth of experience to her role, earning her bachelor's from the University of Texas at Arlington and her master's in education from Concordia University at Austin. Her impressive 29-year career in public school education has seen her excel in various roles, from teacher to principal. Notably, she was named Elementary Principal of the Year for Fort Worth ISD in May 2024. Here is her self-introduction: “My name is Suzelle, and I am excited to support The Goddard School as the assistant director because it offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of young children in a nurturing environment. I am married and have two children. Our son is a Texas A&M college graduate, and our daughter is an eighth grader. I enjoy spending time with family, watching my daughter play volleyball, cruising, and watching football in my free time. On the weekends, you will find me -
Ms AKeia
Lead TeacherMs. AKeia is our Lead Teacher for our School-Age children. AKeia has worked in early education with children for four years with the majority of her experience with Pre-K. AKeia is excited to be working at Goddard because her passion is teaching young children and helping them not only explore themselves but helping them express how they feel and showing them they matter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family. -
Mrs Brooke
Assistant TeacherMrs. Brooke is our Assistant Teacher in our Infant classroom. Brooke has previously worked in early childhood education most recently with toddlers. She is excited to be working at Goddard because working with children is truly one of her passions! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling. -

Lead TeacherMrs. Crissy is our Lead Teacher in our First Steps classroom. Mrs. Crissy comes to us with over 16 years experience working with children in various capacities. When asked why she's excited to teach at Goddard, she says she loves being part of your children's journeys as they grow and learn. -
Ms Eliza
Lead TeacherMs. Eliza is our Lead Teacher in our Young Toddler classroom. She attended Tarrant County College and graduated with her associates degree in education. She has worked with children for 5 years. When asked what excites her about teaching at a Goddard, she said "She looks forward to seeing the smiles on the faces daily." In her free time she enjoys going out to eat, shopping and going on adventures with her family. -
Ms Lyric
Lead TeacherMs. Lyric joins us as our lead teacher for our Young Toddler class. She comes to us with a love and passion for children and educational development. When asked why she enjoys working at Goddard, she says she loves watching children blossom through play. Ms. Lyric likes to spend time with her family in her free time. -
Ms Rylie
Lead TeacherMs. Rylie joins us as our Lead Teacher in our Toddler classroom. Ms. Rylie has a passion for working with children that is unmatched! When asked why she enjoys working at Goddard, she said she loves watching children grow and develop under her care. In her free time, Ms. Riley enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family. -
Ms Tiffany
Lead TeacherMs. Tiffany is our Lead Teacher in our Toddler classroom. She has worked with children for 15 years. When asked what excites her about teaching at Goddard, she said "I love helping them learn and seeing the light in their eyes when they get it." In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her granddaughter. -
Mrs Amanda
Lead TeacherMrs. Amanda is our Lead Teacher in our Get Set classroom. Amanda has an Associates Degree from Tarrant County College and is currently working on her certification to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She has worked with children for six years in early childhood education. When asked what excites her about teaching at Goddard, she said "I love to watch children learn and grow. Children are the future and they bring so much joy to the world." In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs. She loves reading, music, crafts and creative arts. -

Lead TeacherMs. India is our Lead Teacher in our Get Set classroom. She has been working in early education with young children for 10 years. She has her Infant Toddler CDA. When asked what excites her about teaching at Goddard, she said "Building strong bonds with the children and families!" In her free time she enjoys reading, writing, cooking and baking. -

Lead TeacherMrs. Ashley is our Lead Teacher in our Get Set classroom. She has worked with children for 7 years. In her free time she enjoys reading, listening to music and having movie and game nights with family. -
Ms Brittany
Lead TeacherMs. Brittany is our Lead Teacher in our Preschool 1 classroom. She is currently working on her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Advocacy. She has worked in childcare for 11 years with children from infancy to school-age. When asked what excites her about teaching at Goddard, she said "Watching all my new friends learn and grow!" In her free time she enjoys going to Disney with her family, cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and loving on her German Shepherd mix, Nala. -

Assistant TeacherMr. Nate joins us as our Assistant Teacher in our Preschool 1 classroom. He has worked with Preschool-aged children for 3 years. His passion is to ignite curiosity and inspire young minds. In his free time he likes to draw and do art! -
Ms Katrina
Lead TeacherMs. Katrina is our Lead Teacher in our Preschool 2 classroom. She has worked in early childhood education for 5 years and has enjoyed her time in preschool the most. When asked what excites her about teaching at a Goddard, she said "I'm excited to watch the children learn, grow and be excited about school." In her free time she enjoys the farmers market and enjoying time outside with her little one. -

Lead TeacherMs. Kailey is our Lead Teacher in our Preschool 2 classroom. She has worked with children for 9 years but has been in the preschool setting for the past 5 years. When asked what excites her about teaching at Goddard, she said " Watching the children learn and grow, and building relationships with families. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. -

Lead TeacherMs. Ashton is our Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Ashton has worked in the childcare industry for 10 years. When asked about what excites her about working at The Goddard School, she said "being part of the children's lives!" In her free time, she likes to read poetry, true crime books and spending time with her family and cats. -

Assistant TeacherMs. Kyndal is our Assistant Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She is currently in school as an Education major. When asked why she enjoys working with children, she says she loves kids and can't wait to watch them learn and grow! In her free time, she likes to read and watch tv to relax. -
Ms Regina
Lead TeacherMs. Regina joins us in our Pre-K 2 class as our Lead Teacher with over 25 years experience in the field. She recently relocated to DFW from Bryan, TX. She has her Associates Degree in Child Development and is currently working on her Bachelors in Educational studies. In her free time, Ms. Regina enjoys singing and planning events for her church and spending time with her family. -
Lea
Lead TeacherMs. Lea joins us in our Pre-K 2 class as our Lead Teacher with 3 years of experience in the field. She has her Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from Fresno State University. In her free to she likes to play video games and chill in cat cafes!
