Onsite OwnerChevelle is excited to bring her passion for early childhood education to The Goddard School of Frisco East! A dedicated member of The Goddard School family since 2011, she has worn many hats throughout her journey, including Toddler Teacher, Assistant Director, and Director of Education. Chevelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University and earned her Master of Science in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University. Her extensive experience and dedication to fostering lifelong learners have made her a valuable leader in the Goddard community. Chevelle’s love for The Goddard School program and its impact on children’s growth and development inspired her to take the next step as an owner. She is thrilled to serve the families of Frisco, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where young minds can thrive. When she’s not at school, Chevelle enjoys spending quality time with her family. -
Courtney
Director of EducationMs. Courtney joins the Goddard School of Frisco East with 24 years of experience in childcare. She holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She has two children. Her hobbies include exercising, thrift shopping, listening to music, and spending time with her loved ones. Her favorite children’s book is Love You Forever by Robert Munsch. She loves working with children because of “their willingness to be authentically themselves, without the fear of judgement. I love fostering creativity in children and aiding them in understanding it is ok to be themselves!” -
Whitney
Director of OperationsMs. Whitney joins the Goddard School of Frisco East with 9 years of experience in childcare. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Southwestern Christian College and Brookhaven. She is married and has four children. Her hobbies include fitness, traveling, trying new and unique foods, and bicycling. Her favorite children’s book is Gotta Go, Buffalo by Kevin and Haily Meyers. She says, “What I love most about working with children is that everyday is new! Children are natural sponges - they're so intelligent and soak up all they can. I wholeheartedly believe that they are capable of just about anything and I love watching their growth.” -
Mrs Stacia
Yoga and Mindfulness CoachMs. Stacia has been working with children and families for 30+ years and at Goddard (Frisco locations) since 2016. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education. Stacia has experience teaching Yoga and Infant Massage and has a certification in both. In her spare time she enjoys visiting with family from Canada, volunteering and (of course) practicing yoga. She lives in Frisco with her husband, daughter and fur baby, Jax. Her favorite children’s book is Love You Forever by Robert Munch. When she’s not sharing her love for yoga and mindfulness with our students, Stacia enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her family. She’s married and has one child. Her favorite children’s book is The Lion and the Mouse, a story that perfectly captures the power of kindness and friendship. -

Infant TeacherMs. Susmita joins The Goddard School of Frisco with 2 years of experience in childcare. She is married and has one daughter. Her hobbies include reading, painting, and traveling. Her favorite children’s books are the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. She loves working with children because she gets to watch them grow up gradually through different programs and become independent. She also enjoys being creative with the kids!! -
Kenosha
First Steps TeacherMs. Kenosha joins the Goddard School of Frisco with 7 years of experience in childcare. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, coloring, painting, reading, and watching TV. Her favorite children’s books is Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss. She loves working with children because you get to enjoy their smiles and laughter! She also loves listening to the stories they get excited to share. -

Toddler TeacherMs. Leslie joins the Goddard School of Frisco with 15 years of experience in childcare. In her free time, she enjoys bowling and playing darts. Her favorite children’s books is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin Jr./Eric Carle. She loves working with children because you get to enjoy the smile on their face when they accomplish something they worked so hard on. -

Toddler TeacherMs. Kennedy joins the Goddard School of Frisco with 5 years of experience in childcare. She is currently pursuing a degree from Collin College and University of North Texas. In her free time, she likes reading, making art, and spending time with family and friends! Her favorite children’s book is Corduroy by Don Freeman. She loves working with children because she enjoys watching grow as they gain new skills and learn more about the world! -

Toddler TeacherMs. Katterine joins The Goddard School of Frisco with 1 year of experience in childcare. She is currently pursuing her degree from Midwestern State University. Her hobbies include etymology, plants, and reading. Her favorite children’s book is One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish by Dr. Seuss. She loves working with children because she gets to play all day! -
Tyerra
Preschool TeacherTyerra joined The Goddard School of Frisco East in September 2024 and brings with her 11 years of experience in childcare. She earned her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Gateway Technical College. Tyerra is happily married and a proud mother of five children—three girls and two boys. In her free time, she enjoys using her Cricut for crafting and spending quality time with her family. Her favorite children’s book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. What Tyerra loves most about working with children is knowing that she can make a meaningful difference in their lives each day. -

Preschool TeacherMrs. Lockett joined our Goddard Team in November 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Columbia Southern University and two master’s degrees—one in Organizational Leadership and another in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction. Outside the classroom, Mrs. Lockett enjoys creative pursuits like writing books and designing layouts. She also loves reading, playing video games, hiking, and spending time at the lake with her husband. Her favorite childhood book, Stellaluna by Janell Cannon, reflects her passion for guiding others through growth and discovery. Mrs. Lockett finds her greatest joy in watching children learn, thrive, and reach their full potential. -

A proud graduate of Wakeland High School, Michelle is a devoted mother who cherishes spending time playing and engaging in activities with her kids. Her favorite childhood book, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle, reflects her love for fostering curiosity and creativity in young learners. Michelle finds her greatest joy in watching children grow, achieve milestones, and develop confidence in their abilities. -

Preschool TeacherMs. Tara Rozell joined our team in November 2024, bringing 2.5 years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for helping young learners thrive. She earned her Associate’s degree from Collin College of Morris, where she laid the foundation for her journey in teaching. In her free time, Ms. Tara enjoys reading and spending quality moments with her family. Her favorite children’s book, In My Heart by Jo Witek, reflects her love for nurturing children’s emotional growth. Ms. Tara adores working with children because no two days are ever the same! Each day is a new adventure filled with exploration, learning, and rewarding moments. We are thrilled to have Ms. Tara’s warm and adventurous spirit in our classrooms! -

TeacherMs. Emma joined The Goddard School of Frisco East in February 2025, bringing with her four years of experience in childcare. A graduate of James Madison High School, she has always had a passion for working with children and finds so much joy in helping them learn and grow. When she’s not in the classroom, Emma loves spending time with her friends and family, playing volleyball, and getting lost in the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss books. She believes that every child deserves a fun and nurturing learning environment, and she is excited to be part of the Goddard Family! -
Ms Jordan
Lead TeacherJordan joined The Goddard School of Frisco East in January 2025, bringing two years of experience in early childhood education. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, balancing her passion for education with her academic journey. In her free time, Jordan enjoys photography, collecting candles and listening to a variety of music. She is also excited to explore creative projects with her Cricut, embracing her love for crafting and design. Her favorite children’s book is Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes by Eric Litwin, a story she loves sharing with young learners. Jordan is inspired by the joy and excitement children experience when they learn something new or create something they’re proud of. She finds it rewarding to be part of their growth and achievements each day. -
Ms Alexis
TeacherMs. Alexis joined The Goddard School of Frisco East in February 2025 with 8 years of experience in childcare. A graduate of Collinsville High School, she completed training in Early Childhood Education, including an introduction and second-year coursework. Married and passionate about her work, Ms. Alexis enjoys painting and skating in her free time. Her favorite children’s books include Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons by James Dean, Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney, and Jane Yolen’s How Do Dinosaurs Say I’m Mad? and How Do Dinosaurs Be Polite? She loves celebrating children’s developmental milestones and creating a nurturing environment where every child feels loved and supported. We are excited to have her as part of our Goddard Family! -
Ms Rosa
TeacherMs. Rosa joined The Goddard School of Frisco East in February 2025, bringing 12 years of experience in early childhood education. Originally from Venezuela, she earned her associate degree as a Preschool Education Technician and studied Business Administration and Marketing at CUAM University College. As a mother herself, Ms. Rosa understands the importance of a nurturing and engaging learning environment. She finds joy in walking outdoors and cherishes the opportunity to make a positive impact on children’s development every day. One of her favorite books to share with young learners is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?, as she loves seeing the excitement it brings to little readers. Ms. Rosa is thrilled to be part of the Goddard Family and looks forward to fostering a love of learning in every child she teaches! -

TeacherMs. Selene joined The Goddard School of Frisco East in February 2025, bringing nine years of experience in early childhood education. A graduate of McKinney North High School, she is passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children through play and hands-on experiences. Married with a wonderful daughter, Selene enjoys spending her free time reading, doing arts and crafts, and making memories with her family. Her favorite book, The Giving Tree, reflects her nurturing and compassionate nature. What she loves most about working with children is witnessing their incredible developmental milestones, their pure joy and curiosity, and seeing them grow as they achieve their academic goals through play. She is excited to be part of the Goddard Family and looks forward to making a positive impact on each child’s journey!
