    I am the new owner of this Goddard School in Redmond, WA. Seattle has been my home now for close to 20 years. I have two exceptional children myself. My love for children and passion for education has inspired me to open a preschool. I have over three years of experience owning the Goddard school. I am also an avid volunteer in our schools and other community programs. Our mission at The Goddard School of Redmond is to provide a premium early childhood education while fostering each child's physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and moral development in a safe, nurturing, fun, and happy environment. I am committed to providing every child with a loving and caring atmosphere to support the development of strong character, self-esteem, confidence, creativity, and a life-long love of learning. I am also committed to partnering with every Goddard family, so your children can grow and learn in an equal and encouraging environment!

    Director of Education Ms. Elsa has been a part of our Goddard family since August 2012. She spent five years enriching young minds in the Herons classroom before taking on the role of Education Director. With a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from National University and over 15 years of hands-on experience, Ms. Elsa is passionate about fostering growth and development in children of all ages. Ms. Elsa’s dedication to education goes beyond the classroom. She has recently earned the prestigious Aim4Excellence National Director Credential through the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership at National Louis University. This credential highlights her commitment to continuous learning and leadership within the field of early childhood education. Whether its mentoring teachers or ensuring a nurturing environment for students, Ms. Elsa's influence is felt throughout the school.

    Operations Coordinator
    Operations Coordinator Ms. Yashna joined The Goddard School in August 2012. She is currently enrolled at Bellevue College, completing her Associate's Degree. Ms. Yashna is our jack of all trades around the school! Outside of school, she loves to play the drums, the guitar, and the piano! "I love everything, but my favorite part of the day is doing storytime with each class. As well as playing outside!"- Yashna

    Director of Operations
    Director of Operation, Mrs. Brandi, joined The Goddard School in August 2024. In the past, she has served as a Director, Area Manager, as a State of Washington Early Childhood Licensor and taught Early Childhood Education for 8 years at Lake Washington Institute of Technology. She has an AS in Educational Studies/ECE, an AA in Business, a BA in Human Services and Management, an MA in Education, and a PMP Certification. She has worked in the ECE industry for over 20 years and has worked with children of all ages, including children with additional needs. She enjoys time with her husband and cat, reading, and completing Hanjie/Nonogram puzzles. “All children deserve a safe, nurturing setting where they can thrive with teachers who support exploration and questions while preparing children for kindergarten and beyond. When families are engaged in the program, children are more likely to meet their full potential.”

    Ms. Katie joined the Goddard School in June of 2016. She has a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from Western Washington University. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Early Childhood and Family Development from Missouri State. She has almost 14 years of experience with many age groups and settings. She likes to spend time with family and friends and her cat Cleo in her free time. She loves to go to concerts and sports events and experience new places thru travel. Ms. Katie loves fall! She loves the sweater weather and fall fashion, all the colors, and the start of the new academic year! Her favorite part of her day is when her toddlers demonstrate how curious and competent they are. They surprise her every day, and she learns just as much from them as they do from her. She also loves and values all the relationships she can build with staff and our Goddard families.

    Lead Teacher- Butterflies Ms. Zoe joined our Goddard family in June of 2022. She comes with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from WGU and 7 years of experience with children of all ages. She brings passion and expertise to the classroom. Beyond teaching, Ms. Zoe enjoys playing the guitar, watching tv, and cooking. Her love for summer adds a vibrant touch to her personality.

    Ms. Ana joined the Goddard School in November 2016. She is currently working towards her CDA in Early Childhood Education through Kaplan. She has been working with children for five years and has loved every moment of it. She loves hiking, camping, and spending time with her family, especially her baby girl Anamaria. She loves the season of Fall! She loves teaching the kids essential life skills such as problem-solving and watching, then utilizing their skills during their interactions.

    Preschool-Ponies Ms. Alison joined The Goddard School in June 2016, initially working in our graceful Swans Classroom and now in our Ponies Classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seattle University. With a passion for fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment, Ms. Alison is dedicated to supporting each child's growth and development. She incorporates creative teaching methods and values building strong relationships with both students and families. Her enthusiasm for early childhood education shines through in her interactions with the children, making her a beloved member of our community.

    Ms. Angelica joined the Goddard School in February 2018. A graduate of Woodinville High School, she has worked with children of all ages at the Northshore YMCA. When not here at school, she likes to watch movies, play games, goes ATV riding, and hang out with her friends. "I enjoy reading to the kids and love helping them with their centers!" -Angelica

    Ms. Pramila joined our Goddard family in 2017. She comes with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calicut in India. She volunteered at Alcott Elementary for a year and at Emily Dickinson with Autistic children. She enjoys hiking, cooking, working out, listening to Bollywood songs, and spending time with family and friends. She loves Horror movies. Her favorite seasons are Fall and Winter. Her favorite thing is reading to the kiddos at the Goddard School.

She is currently enrolled in the Rocky Mountain School of Art and Design, Ms. Sydney is dedicated to pursuing a Bachelor's degree in 2D animation. She finds joy in creating visual stories through her drawings. She is an avid reader and loves to play video games. She brings warmth and a nurturing approach which creates a positive learning environment where children feel supported and encouraged.

She is currently working towards her Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification at Lake Washington Institute of Technology. With a passion for fostering growth and development, Ms. Isamari enjoys working with children of all ages, helping them learn and succeed in both their academic and personal journeys. Her warm, nurturing approach makes her a wonderful addition to our team. In her free time, Ms. Isamari loves exploring new activities that engage young minds and support their creativity. We are so excited to see the positive impact she will continue to have on our students!

    Ms. Darenka joined The Goddard School in July 2024, bringing her rich educational background, including a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Texas at El Paso. Ms. Darenka’s experience ranges from tutoring elementary school children to providing loving care for younger kids, which has helped her build strong connections with students of all ages. In addition to her academic expertise, Ms. Darenka has a deep passion for the arts. She loves to draw and paint, often incorporating her artistic talents into her lessons to inspire creativity in the classroom. Her playful and energetic personality shines through in her daily interactions, as she enjoys being silly with the children to create a fun and comfortable learning environment.
