Paul and Natalie
On-site OwnerPaul and Natalie's background are a blend of education and business management. Paul is a graduate of Concordia University where he completed his B.S. in Business and went on to pursue a Masters in Education. Paul worked for many years as a High School Language Arts Teacher. His graduate program in literacy and thesis research reinforced the extreme importance of the first several years of life in terms of long-term learning and academic success. He was looking for a way to make an impact at the earlier ages. That journey led him to Goddard. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree from Portland State University in Child and Family Studies and Early Childhood Education. She previously worked for over a decade as a substitute teacher for local school districts. Paul and Natalie are the proud parents of 4 boys ages 11-17. We believe very strongly that our school is the highest quality educational experience in our area. We are proud to be a part of it. -
Ms Danae
Director of OperationsDanae has been working with children from infants to twelve years old since 2008. Danae has been at the Goddard School of Salmon Creek for over 10 years! She has her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood from Eastern Washington University. -
Ms Kaley
Assistant DirectorKaley earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Special Education. Prior to leaving Goddard in 2015 to pursue her education full-time, Kaley was a lead teacher at our Goddard School for 3 years...she was one of our teachers when we opened in 2012. She returned in 2017 after graduating and was Lead teacher in our Pre-K class. She now serves the school as Assistant Director. -
Ms Keani
Program SupervisorKeani has her Bachelors in Children Studies from Eastern Washington University. She joined our school in 2016 and had been a lead teacher in our young toddler classrooms at our school for years. Ms. Keani now works in the office as a Program Supervisor. -
Ms Suzy
Lead TeacherMs. Suzy has been a lead teacher at multiple ages at Goddard since 2016. Suzy earned her Associates Degree in Early Child Education at Clark College and is currently working on a Bachelors degree. She is the current Lead Teacher in our infant classroom. She is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish. -
Ms Brooke
Lead TeacherMs. Brooke has been working with children since 2017. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Education and Learning from Pacific University. Ms. Brooke is the Co-Lead teacher in our Walking Sticks classroom. She works with our youngest toddlers, sometimes referred to as "wobblers." -
Ms Caitlin
Lead TeacherMs. Caitlin holds a Bachelors of Arts Integrated Studies. In addition to Goddard, Ms. Caitlin was previously a coordinator at Boys and Girls Club. She is currently a Co-Lead in our youngest toddler classroom. -
Ms Natalya
Lead TeacherMs. Natalya joined our school in early 2022 and is currently pursuing her education at Clark College. Ms. Natalya is currently a lead teacher in Fireflies, a young toddler classroom. -
Ms Monica
Lead TeacherMs. Monica has been working in the childcare industry since 2018. Monica received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Clark College. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Ms. Monica is the Lead Teacher in our Dragonflies classroom (young toddlers). -
Ms Jadyn
Lead TeacherMs. Jadyn is the lead teacher in our Bumblebees classroom (young toddler). She has multiple years experience in the childcare industry. Ms. Jadyn is currently working on her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education at Clark College. -
Ms Christina
Lead TeacherChristina has prior experience working with young children and has worked with most all ages at Goddard. She is currently actively pursuing her formal education in Early Childhood Education through Clark College. Christina is the Lead Teacher in our Frogs classroom (ages 2-3). -
Ms Kaya
Lead TeacherMs. Kaya has been with our school since 2022. She has her Associates Degree and is currently serving as the Co-Lead Teacher in our Frogs classroom (ages 2-3) -
Ms Rachel
Lead TeacherMs. Rachel earned her Associates Degree in ECE and has previous experience as an ECEAP teacher. Rachel is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Turtles classroom (ages 2.5-3.5). -
Ms Taylor
Lead TeacherMs. Taylor joined our school in 2022. She is currently working towards a degree in Elementary Education. Taylor is our Co-Lead Teacher in the Turtles classroom (ages 2.5-3.5). -
Ms Chelsea
Lead TeacherMs. Chelsea is distinguished as our most veteran Goddard teacher. Chelsea graduated from Washington State University in Vancouver, WA with her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Development. Ms. Chelsea has been a teacher at our school for over 10 years! Chelsea is the Lead teacher in our Lightning Bolts class (ages 3-4). -
Ms Michelle
Lead TeacherMs. Michelle came to Goddard with nearly a decade of experience in licensed centers-mostly as a lead teacher. She has earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. She serves as the Lead Teacher in the Thunderclaps class (ages 3-4). -
Ms Hannah
Lead TeacherMs. Hannah comes to us with years of experience at other licensed centers and is currently working on her Associates Degree. She has worked with several ages at Goddard and currently serves as a Co-Lead teacher in our Thunderclaps classroom (ages 3-4). -
Ms Jess
Lead TeacherJess has over 11 years experience working with young children. Prior to joining The Goddard School, she was an Assistant Preschool Teacher at SWCCC centers in Vancouver, WA. Jess has her Child Development Associate credential and her WA State Early Childhood Education Stackable certificates. She is the Lead teacher in our Comets class (ages 4-5). -
Ms Caroline
Lead TeacherMs. Caroline has well over a decade of experience working with Preschool and Pre-K students in a number of environments. She specializes in preparing children excellently for Kindergarten. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelors in Teacher Education. She is a Co-Lead teacher in the Stars class (ages 4-5). -
Ms Chrissy
Lead TeacherMs. Chrissy is one of our longest-serving staff members and has worked many roles. Chrissy has been working with children since she was in high school. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards a Bachelors Degree. Chrissy is currently a Co-Lead teacher in our Stars class (ages 4-5). -
Ms Angela
Assistant TeacherMs. Angela returned to Goddard in January after some time away. She has a particular love for the infant age and currently serves as the assistant in our infant classroom. -
Ms Kaleo
Assistant TeacherMs. Kaleo joined our school in the beginning of 2023 and currently serves as the assistant teacher in our Fireflies classroom (young toddlers). -
Ms Natalie
Assistant TeacherMs. Natalie has grown up in the childcare industry as her Mom operated an in-home daycare. She also has served for as a nanny for multiple families. She currently is the Assistant Teacher in our Dragonflies classroom (young toddlers). -
Ms Kadee
Assistant TeacherMs. Kadee has her Associate's Degree from Clark College. She joined our school in Summer of 2022 and is currently the assistant teacher in our Bumblebees classroom (young toddler). -
Ms Lyudmila
Assistant TeacherMs. (Lyud)Mila joined our school in January 2022. She is fluent in three languages and serves as the Assistant Teacher in our Lightning Bolts classroom. (ages 3-4) -
Ms Alice
Assistant TeacherMs. Alice has an Associates Degree in Family Science with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education from BYU Idaho. She is the proud grandmother of 6 grandbabies, and the mother to 5 children of her own. -
Ms Jennifer
Floating AssistantMs. Jennifer has over 18 years of experience working with children of all ages. She has been with us since 2014. Just prior to joining The Goddard School, she was a lead teacher for children ages 3-5 at other centers in the Vancouver and Ridgefield, Washington areas. -
Ms Viri
Floating AssistantViri has worked with young children for over 5 years, though her focus has been with infants and toddlers. In her previous role, she was an infant teacher at WSU Pullman. Viri is bilingual, and fluent in Spanish. -
Ms Tylar
Floating AssistantMs. Ty has several years of experience with other centers as well as education in the field. She earned her Associates Degree and is continuing her education in Early Childhood Education. She currently supports as a floating assistant in multiple classrooms. -
Ms Brandi
Floating AssistantMs. Brandi joined our school in early 2022, and serves as a floating assistant. She currently supports our Turtles classroom (ages 2.5-3.5). -
Ms Zenora
Floating AssistantMs. Zenorah has her Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University in Social Sciences. She is currently supports multiple classrooms as a floating assistant. -
Ms Tammy
Floating AssistantTammy began working with children when she was in high school. After working in a different field for many years, she decided to return to school and pursue her passion - working with children. Tammy graduated from Clark College in Vancouver, WA with her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.
